The bed and pillows were a bit soft.

The hotel is next to the train station and the shopping area. It is clean and the room is large with a good shower. The staff have been very accommodating and flexible in dealing with problems, which were. not of their making. The breakfast offers a range of choice and the dinner menu in the restaurant is very good.

I arrived on a public holiday so reception closed and I had a text message with checking in instructions. Not ideal. Restaurant closed on public holidays and the weekend so limited in-hotel facilities. Staff were good but not as friendly as the other hotels I stayed in.

A good location close to the railway station and the town centre. Quiet, comfortable room. Very good breakfast buffet with wide choice.

The location just across from the station was perfect and staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were spacious and well designed with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet (included in the room price) was very good and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean.

The location was perfect, next to the train station and Mariazell train station. The room was fine, clean, comfortable consistent with a country town inn and the breakfast was good in a nice setting. Unfortunately we were unable to eat in the restaurant because it was booked out on both nights, clearly by many locals, so that suggests strongly that it is considered, by regulars, a really good place for a meal. There was a lift to get us to our floor, something often not found in country town inns.

The restaurant was closed on the Sunday when I arrived. This is the only reason for not giving the facilities full marks, everything else was excellent.

No night reception, room very warm even at night - making it a bit uncomfortable, no cups at the tea dispenser - yet ask for 1.50€ as a price including cups, room still had a little bit of garbage from previous guests on the bathroom floor, bedside light not working, door squeaking like crazy every time you open, or close it.

Good shower, nice Fan in the room, good TV, plenty of electrical sockets, friendly staff, daily room service, soap and shower gel dispensers.

It's a good hotel right in the centre of elegant St Pölten. Everything is within an easy reach, both the main square and the railway station. The staff are very nice. The breakfast is abundant. The rooms are spacious and clean. I liked my stay. Thank you!

Great location close to the train station. Perfect for a short stay. The room was not big, just for one solo traveller but it was very clean and looked fresh. Good that they have the option to book a room without breakfast.

Quite expensive for the quality it offers. Poor amenities in rooms: no normal chair at the desk, no kettle. The lift to your floor takes you to mid-floors, and there are still a couple of stairs to take. Breakfast choice was rather modest.

The hotel is centrally located. Clean room and bathroom.
