One thing is that the furniture in the apartment is old, but the problem was that it was dirty. Hair everwhere, spiders both dead and alive, dust. The beds were uncomfortable and not straight, as the floor is slooping. Again, the terrace and the sea view compensated us for everything and is likely that we will come back but only if available this terrace

We had a three bed apartment with a big terrace with a view to the sea. This terrace and view compensated the appartment. The employees were very nice and helpful. There are beds for sunbathing available free of charge. The breakfast and restaurant were not great, but it OK - good value for money

The property is directly at the coast of the lake, the room was very comfortable and the price reasonable. The hotel is easily reachable by public transport.

Poor cleanliness, old and musty building and furniture. Rooms were disappointing, except for the bathroom which was okay.

Amazing location right on Lake Attersee, with a stunning view from both the terrace-restaurant and lake-view rooms. Friendly staff. If you’re staying just one night and want to be close to the lake, it’s a good choice.

Disappointed about the toilet and stairs cleanliness. A cat in the kitchen area, on the basement. - The kitchen from apartment whithout cleanliness products (no tablets for dish-mashine, garbage-bags, etc). - in the kitchen we haven't found oil, coffee, sugar/salt, tee. But the lady from the bar/restaurant was kind and help me with some oil/vinegar and salt, and so was possible to cook in my apartment something for my family. - one window from our apartment's kitchen was dirty. - no enough toilet-paper for 4 persons for one night. But I found on the stair-house in an old armoir. - no soap in the bathroom (the dispenser was defect). I used shower-gel from shower dispenser..

Dark room, old furniture, spiders

Very nice location but the room was dark with old furniture. I am affraid of spiders so I wasn't thrilled that there was lots of them when we arrived. The garden and restaurant were great. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast there with amazing view of the lake.

Rude staff in the restaurant. We were waiting for the dinner nearly an hour, they forgot about our order in the kitchen and the owner came to “apologize” with no complimentary offer, I had to ask for two free beers myself.

We booked a double room facing the garden. All we need got was a balcony facing the road. I wish I had booked the room with 2 queens. The room we had was not big enough for 4 people. And the couch bed provided was very uncomfortable. Rooms with queen and couch bed should be listed for 2x adults and 1x child. Only rooms with 2x queen beds should be listed for 4x people. Also room got very stuffy, no AC nor a fan

We arrived half an hour late for check in window due to a bit of miscommunication and having a full day of sightseeing, but the owners attitude to us was very poor making my family feel very uncomfortable. This marred our stay here and perhaps could have been avoided with clearer messages beforehand. Room fittings were dated and no coffee for machine was provided. Perhaps better for German speakers only

The room was in an attic, with a tiny window, I couldn’t even count all the spiders that were hanging off the ceiling and walls, dirty and old in parts broken down furniture, lamps. You hear everything, if someone turns on water in another room the whole wall rattles. It was awful, and not even cheap.

For our family everything was fantastic. The owner upgraded us to a more spacious room without us knowing eventho we only stayed for one night. Very kind and thoughtful.. they allowed our kids to swim with the fish and catch it if we could 🤗

The mattress was a little uncomfortable.

The view from the breakfast room to the lake was stunning. The location of the hotel is very nice. The hotel has its own access to the lake. The facilities were clean. Free parking available upon registration.

I have no complaints and I travel a lot for work and pleasure.

This is just an amazing place. Very clean, comfortable with perfect location both for enjoying the Lake and the Mountains. The breakfast is uncomplicated but sumptuous. The lake view restaurant offers traditional food from very fresh local produce. The service may be overwhelmed during busy times but the wait is always worth it.

We were planning on arriving after the official check in time which was communicated to the owner in advance. The lady was kind to offer a solution by leaving the door open and our key in our door, but unfortunately when we arrived, we found ourselves being locked outside. If I would have known this, I would have cancelled the room and would have arrived the next day only.. After 40 minutes of trying to get into the hotel - as nobody was there and the phone did not work either-, we gave up and only managed to get another hotel in Wels - this way we could only check in at 2am..
