We had the beautiful apartment no. 224 on the 2nd (top) floor of building B. The apartment has 10 beds - since there were only 8 of us staying, living space was no problem! The mountain view from the living room and the terrace was extraordinary, while the indoor garage is a gift when it snows! (Watch the car height!! With a higher car and a roof box the indoor garage is not an option!)

As usual, the kichen is not too well equipped (bring a sharp knife and a frying pay from home) and there were some broken equipment upon our arrival and not fixed during our stay. The layout of the apartment is quite unique: there are two toilets for the max. 10 people, but one of them is ony accessible through one of the bedrooms.

Nice, well equipped apartment with underground garage and some wellness options in a great location close to everything important.

Staff was really inflexible which made our arrival slightly complicated.

Good location, close to ski resorts Zell am See and Kaprun, in small village, close to market, bakery, few restaurants. We arrived late, but we got video with instructions how to pick up the keycard from locked box, so easy! The apartment was warm, comfortable and clean. We were family of 4, the apartment was with one bedroom in building A, still comfortable. The furniture is new and well maintained, beds and pillows comfortable. Towels for the apartment and for spa are included. TV in both rooms, plenty of channels, smart with Netflix, and there was a Sony PS with few games. Our apartment was on the ground floor, so we did not have marvelous view, but have nice garden from both rooms (living room and bedroom). We had an indoor marked park space. The spa is calm and charming, connected with building A through the indoor parking, and it is working till the late hours. The ski depo is with heaters for boots. I read in some comments that there was no hot water, which was not our experience, we had plenty all time of day and night. Also read in comments about the church bells, and yes we heard them, but they are not so loud, gentle sounds from the bell and have a calming effect, so not a problem at all. Restaurant is in the main building with reasonable prices. They are keeping security deposit 200eur which was released few days after our holiday, so you will need to have it on your card. Good location, close to lifts, fitness centre/sauna is a plus, well-equipped flat, friendly staff, + for underground garage.

The apartment was very spacious and squeaky-clean. Very warm and cozy design, felt right at home! We had a beautiful view and the apartment delt very private and calm.

The kitchen is well equipped, but there were no basic groceries for cooking (for example salt, oil or even coffee). But there is a great supermarket just around the corner in which you can find anything you need.

The best place to stay around Zell am See. Our second time here and everything was perfect. Clean and fully equipped apartment for great value of money.

The apartment itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was well equipped with all of the kitchen utensils, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave and all. There is a washing machine in the complex.

If you don't care about privacy, peacefulness, and clean dishes, then you might enjoy the apartment. The balcony and the front windows are directly infront of a restaurant. Constant feeling of you being watched by the restaurant guests all the time, the only option for privacy is by closing the curtains thus getting full darkness in. The restaurant is active until 23:00, and until that very minute you will constantly hear noises from the restaurant guets, it can get pretty loud. In addition, there is a church near which rings every 15 minutes, ok, but sometimes even at 06:00am for whole 3 minutes in a very loud alarming sounds which woke us up in a state of emergency. More on noise - the place is built on wood, thus each little noise from the floor above us was heard like thunders inside the room, each time they dragged a chair or moved something we got so much noise from it, and unfortunately they were waking up at 7am, waking us up with their dragging noises. Last, but not least, when we got in and I took a glass for the first time, it was dirty, all of the glasses abd dishes were dirty, and I had to load all of them to the dishwasher. When we chcked out I understood why - there is a big fine. If you don't take all of the trash bags from the trash cans yourself, and you have to wash/unload the dishwasher yourself, so i'm guessing the previous guests just didn't wash anything and put it back in the cabins. Shame that the cleaning staff are not checking that, and not even doing the bare minimum of taking out the trash. Also, the view from our apartment (213) was bad - view to the restaurant, and to a huge white tent that was just not pleasant, defenitaly not a greenery view that you might expect from the Tirol/Salzburg area, if that is what you seek.

It was close to Kaprun. Very nice place close to restaurant, just part of accommodation.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious. It has two bathrooms. we also appreciated indoor parking. A shop was few minutes walking distance.

Nice apartment, parking, 2x sauna, ski room, elevator from underground to app. floor

Location was perfect, 4 minutes drive from Maiskogel.
