I don't know where to start... the hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet place where time seems to have stood still. The apartments are spacious. We were greeted by a baby cot and a high chair... completely free of charge. The staff is friendly and approachable. They serve homemade products for breakfast. The wellness area is a big plus, the saunas are wonderful. We can't wait to come back.

The mattresses in one room were too soft, the apartment's sound insulation could be better, and it is especially bothersome that the bedroom windows cannot be fully covered at night. If the apartment house is fully booked, there aren't enough ski boot heaters in the basement.

The spa, included in the price, was excellent. The staff was very friendly, and the apartment as a whole was comfortable and spotless.

We met the owner of the hotel and he took us to see their farm, what a great man and family. Friendly and hospitable.

In future we wouldn't book half board, just b and b. Half board consists of a starter, then soup, and salad from the buffet, followed by a very substantial main course then a dessert. As senior citizens it was too much, although can imagine younger adults relishing all this food. I think a senior citizen size portion menu similar to half the size would be ample. This is not a complaint. Just a suggestion. This is our second visit here and we will definitely return next year.

The accommodation is excellent, large comfortable rooms, we had a balcony which we used every day. The staff always greet you with a smile and welcome, the breakfast has everything you would need to start your day well. The evening meal is hearty and delicious although far more than we could eat. We really needed the equivalent of a senior citizen portion. It would be a good option to offer. For us it was good value to get a load of washing and drying done. It was returned same day too.

I would recommend a dishwashing machine and an oven to be added to the kitchen equipment of the 1 bdr apartment. I also recommend each apartment to have an assigned own parking spot.

Great range of food for breakfast. Good restaurant with a balance of food choices. Great room- lots of space, comfortable bedding and a nice view into the village. Good location close to the cross country tracks and the local stores.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. We enjoyed our stay so much we have decided to return next year for longer. It’s difficult to choose one thing out of the room, food, people because everything joins together to create a super holiday with everything done for you to make your stay exceptional.

Everything! The family rooms are great. The pool was great (and we had it for ourselves most of the time). The surroundings and hiking paths are great. The food is excellent.

Hard to find anything. Clearly if you are looking for pubs, restaurants and social live it is not as much for you.

Location is great for so many activities. Just to mention couple: trail running, hiking, MTB, skiing. There is even a swimming pool onsite and pretty good SPA.
