We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryStaff was polite except one of the waiter. Some parts of the gasthouse were under renovation and chairs and furnitures were stored on the corridor of my room. The bathroom was not so modern and my bed was uncomfortable.
The location is OK. It’s out of Bad Ischl, but easy to get there by bus or app. 2,5 km walking on nice forest path. The restaurant is good with delicious meals.

Czech RepublicThe accommodation offers an excellent quality-price ratio. The prices are unexpectedly affordable compared to the surroundings. The advantage is the restaurant that is open until 9 pm, including Sundays. This is not often seen in Austria after the Covid period. Most Gashofs only offer accommodation with breakfast. Don't expect luxury, but average for a great price. The service is usually very pleasant.

Very messy corridorb with restaurant chairs, etc. Check out time is at 10am, at 9.30am while we were still in room, the cleaner knock our door one time then use his own key to open our room directly. He didn't even check properly if we were still inside the room since it was still another 30mins to check out. Very bad experience.

JapanI have one more night after I checked in. But the owner didn't allow me use Booking.com but pay direct which is more expensive. It's difficult to accept, I COULD have a new order through Booking.com, if I were not in hurry. Also, if you want to go to the station the bus schedule may be 2 hours a time. Anyway the room is satisfied enough.
The room is big, clean, it's very satisfied. The room service staff is very kind.

Czech RepublicThe floor at the entrance to the rooms was slippery and greasy because it also served as access to the kitchen. There were no glasses or shower gel in the room. There was mold in the bathroom, the ceiling panels were warped, and the shelf under the sink was leaning, so things were sliding off it. The TV did not work, and the disconnected cable ended on the balcony. The floating floor was laid on carpet and had holes in it. The breakfast selection was small, with the cheapest ingredients available, and the soft-boiled egg white was raw and runny. We left after the first night, even though we had booked a two-night stay.

The landlady here only speaks German and I only speak English. When we thought there was something wrong with the reservation system, I finally confirmed that I had a room available.
