Location and views were breathtaking. Also, the room was very large and great amenities. I also loved the in-room sauna. Breakfast was very diverse and everything tasted amazing.

The "minus" points go to the dirty glasses at dinner and that the table and some cutlery at breakfast weren't clean.

There was no safety deposit box. We booked 2 rooms. One of them was hot and didn’t have good view. The other room had perfect view. I wish there was more variety in breakfast

Quiet place, view oriented to the valley, up to the standard of 4 stars, overall we enjoyed the stay very much. Breakfasts were great, there's also a beautiful waterfall in the walking distance.

Great and very clean room with a very peaceful and beautiful view. Our rooms provided everything we need and also a sauna which was easy to use. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It provides breakfast which is delicious and also you can have dinner there. Special thanks to chef Celal and Omar who were very kind and professionals. Hope to come again soon because our vacations will stay unforgettable!

Very spacious apartment with great beds, a very nice decor and everything you need. Good breakfast. Picking up the keys is really convenient. We arrived really late and with the keys in the locker and code to grab them was really helpful.

Rooms are quite big, modern and very clean. Very good breakfast and the staff from restaurant very friendly. Located at 15 20 min from Hoch Zillertal or Zillertal Arena was convinient for a ski holiday.

The location is excellent, and the breakfast was delicious, offering vegan options and plant-based milk. The in-room sauna is a fantastic feature, especially when paired with the outdoor deckchairs on the balcony.

I would have liked the options to be able to control the room temperature with a thermostat and maybe a more attention to details cleaning would make this perfect.

The self-check-in function is nice and modern and allowed us not to be constrained by a certain time the reception is closed. Liked the sauna in the room, a big reason why we selected this hotel, it was easy to use. We also appreciated the covered parking spot. Breakfast was also good at the restaurant, which is apparently a separate business from the hotel.

We arrived on the 24th Dec & there was a coffee machine & kettle but no coffee pods or tea & none in the lounge bar which we could purchase. It’s a real shame given everything was closed for holidays. When staff was back at work on the 26th we asked about it & were told there should have been coffee & tea in the room which is replenished each day but when we said we had none, there was no offer to get any for us. On booking it says there is a spa & wellness centre but there were no spa facilities other than the in-room sauna. (Which we loved & paid extra for, but a sauna doesn’t make a spa.)

Loved the sauna in our room & the beautiful views from our balcony. Bed was comfy & bathroom was modern.

The breakfast options could have had a little more variety - maybe some hot meal options (porridge, omlette etc). The coffee was nice and other options were good aswell.

Room was very clean and large (junior suite) and exeeded our expectations. The room had a great view to the mountains and it was quiet aswell. The breakfast was good but nothing special.

While the variety of breakfast items could be improved, the quality and taste were highly appreciated. It’s worth noting that the hotel is not adults-only, and that the room’s cleanliness could also use some improvement.

We absolutely loved our stay. The private sauna was such a relaxing touch, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. The cheese shop nearby had some very tasty options, which was a nice bonus.
