-The proximity of the chalet to the playground with people walking across our terrasse as a shortcut to get to it. -The cleaning could have been better (empty food wrappers in bedroom)

Great value for money. The tree house was new, well equipped, and had a wonderful view. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were also great, though relatively older than the tree houses. We’d love to come back again for a longer stay.

We booked for 4 nights in the tent and it was awesome. One negative thing was very loud air condition. We could not sleep well when air contition was on during the night just to heat up the tent when it was 7-8 degrees..

The whirlpool in one of the outside swimming pools should have a supervisor close by or a manual off switch, my son and I had to hold on to the rail, while other children were dive bombing in and going under us, very dangerous, my son is not a strong swimmer, so would’ve been better if there was an information sign there.

We loved our glamping tent. The size and everything inside was perfect. Gorgeous landscape to view. Being able to use the swimming pools were great too.

Pity the swimming pool was close. We were staying there in between the seasons so it was very quiet ,most places close. I imagine summer time would be different or ski season.

We stayed in a tree house, beautiful view, great location. Small place But had everything you needed. Our daughter loved it. Lady at he reception was very friendly. You could use the tennis court for extra €10 including rackets etc. Little Playground also there .

There was almost everything as of equipment of the house, but there was no soap or shampoo. Not really a negative thing, just dont forget to bring yours

They advertise a lot of extra facilities that are not part of the hotel. For instance, the wellness facility that guests have access to is public, so It was always super crowded. Plus, only the swimming pool is free. Sauna is paid apart (22 euros/person/admission). They did not informed this in Booking, and even though they admitted the advertise was wrong, they did not offer any solution to us. It was quite frustating, because these facilities were the main reason we chose there and not other places is the same area.

The tree house is exactly as It looks in the photos. They are small, but very well planned, so there is everything you need and they are quite comfy. The balcony is a great plus, and the view is quite nice (though there are quite a lot of appartments, so the view depends a bit on luck).

You need to bring your luggage to and from the accommodation in trolleys, fine if you have just a few days but we had kit for 2 weeks with us. Not too much of an issue.

Treehouses were great to stay in. Air conditioning was a welcome relief from the very hot summer, similarly access to the pool area was a welcome surprise (but there was also plenty of heating options for winter stays).

The pool and spa were filled with families and small children, so I didn’t end up using it as a solo traveler. But this place is amazing for families!

The glamping tent was fantastic with a very high quality kitchen and bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. The area was peaceful and beautiful. I ate every meal looking at the alps.

The bed in at least the treehouses is not the best, if you are not a petite person.

The scenery was gorgeous. The village is small but stores are open on sundays. The treehouses were fully equipped with kitchen supplies. The resort also offers trolleys in which you can haul your luggage in from the car into your accomodation as paths are not paved.
