Beautifully styled, traditional family run hotel. Fantastic owners and staff who always make you feel valued and welcome. No problem with parking on site. Very clean and well appointed room. The hot and cold buffet breakfast is outstanding. The breakfast room has a great atmosphere. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others and our view is that it represents excellent value for money when compared with other hotels.

The staff were friendly, very kind and considerate. The property was very convenient for the town and local facilities. Car parking was a bonus. The property had a welcome Austrian charm and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding. The choice, the quality and the amount was exceptional.

Beautiful traditional hotel with great views from the balcony, close to the town center and the cable car. The host Mrs. Elisabeth and all the staff were amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was big and clean, the breakfast was delicious with wide variety of options. Car parking is comfortable just in front of the hotel. Now we stayed for two nights but because off the wonderful experience we will definitely come back for the skiing season

There are not many parking spaces in front of the hotel. We were able to get the last when we arrived around 7:30 pm.

Everything. We stayed for six nights. It’s a cosy, comfortable traditional style hotel with a lot of heart. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We really loved our room with its balcony and alpine views. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location is also great - close to the station and main street.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this family-run hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home. Their genuine hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay truly memorable. The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, making it easy to unwind after a busy day exploring. The location is fantastic—central, convenient, and within easy walking distance to many key attractions, shops, and restaurants. It was the perfect base for our trip. And we must mention the breakfast—easily one of the best we’ve had in a long time! A wide variety of delicious, high-quality options, beautifully presented and clearly prepared with care. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you’re looking for a welcoming, well-located hotel with top-notch service and comfort, this is the one! We’ll definitely be back.

Everything was so good. The staff is very nice, the breakfast is delicious and varied, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the sauna area is great. We really enjoyed it.

Modern rooms, lovely bathroom and great view. Breakfast was great and included bacon/eggs. Spa was lovely and clean. The staff were all very friendly.

The pillows weren’t comfortable and the reception, dining area and rooms were so warm - even without the heating on we had to open the window/door overnight and we couldn’t go down to breakfast in our ski gear. There was also no-one at reception when we arrived so we were hanging around for 30 mins before check in.

Room was small but very well arranged for 1 person stay. Comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom. It was very pleasant every day to find the bed dressed with a care. Hotel premises is clean. Breakfast is versatile. Small spa with sauna is good and working every evening. Thanks to the hotel team for pleasant stay in Mayrhofen.
