Nothing really but if I have to nit-pick, a hot water pool or jacuzzi in the spa would be great and on the rare hot days, the rooms could use airconditioning.

The hotel seemed to operating at 60%. The café was half-closed at 5pm, dinner orders finish at 8:30pm, and while breakfast is good the staff seemed to want to avoid contact with guests.

Very hotel. Room was spacious. Staff was hospitable and went above and beyond to assist. The location of the hotel couldn’t be beat. Hope to stay again. Make sure to book Diner at the hotel. It is amazing and a lot a choice for vegetarian.

I did not like the carpet in the room, everything was clean but I felt the dust and the smell of old furniture. The room was on the first floor, facing the street so I did not feel comfortable showering in front of a large full-size window (it was a budget room but still, strange). There are curtains etc, and they work, but I did not feel comfortable.Sorry. The bathroom is very clean but outdated. The hotel would have been so romantic if not for these few things.

The staff was really friendly and we felt very welcomed. The swimming pool and sauna are of a 5-star hotel, I would come back just for that. Modern and clean swimming pool, good choice of 3 saunas, spacious modern relaxing room, beautiful view. I applaud the hotel for making such an investment, it is a gem! Please put some new photos of the relaxation area, it is a thing to show off :) The breakfast was good, and the staff making your omelet on-site was the perfect touch to satisfy all guest's wishes. When was the last time you were given keys to your room at the reception? I was surprised they have this old system, but it is the old charm of this hotel. They played very well with the hotel decor and it is different.

The gym is outdated and an after thought. A lot of the equipment is unusable and potentially dangerous. Chest press is asking for a dislocated shoulder and you need to be 9ft tall to use the pull down machine.

Very good staff, I forgot her name but the front desk were fantastic. Food was exceptional, really good value and high quality - David is a credit to your staff and nothing was ever too much trouble - 5 star

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast - perfect eggs, made on order by Frau Izabela! I also recommend to try dinner prepared by Chef Hansi and his staff - traditional, tasty, but with a nice twist! Very cozy hotel bar for apres ski. The hotel is just 50 steps from the main ski-lift. Excellent value for money!

The dinner was a little too salted; otherwise everything was fab.

The hotel is in the best location possible right in the heart of Heiligenblut. It is very clean, very beautifully equipped and staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. The dinner in house was good, but not perfect as two of our dishes were quite a lot too salty. Staff in the restaurant were friendly though and it's a beautiful place to dine with amazing views over the valley. Breakfast was fantastic and we loved that; lots of delicious things to choose from, an egg chef to make whatever you can desire and also a really lovely selection of sweet and savoury delicacies - honestly do not skip it. The swimming pool has a panorama window and so does one of the saunas - fab!!! The entire wellness area is fantastic and we really enjoyed using the facilities. If they had been open longer we would have used them longer int he evening. Parking is in the local parking garage, but that is very close by and you can unload in front of the hotel and then go park up. It was included with the hotel price.

The mattresses were too soft for me, although I realize this is a personal preference. The selection and quality of the dinner were not commensurate with the price. The breakfast buffet was average. The replenishment of items that ran out was poor.

The location is perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The wellness area is good, and the view of the mountains from the sauna is beautiful!

What didn’t I like? Where do I start? -budget room for $ we paid was like a student hostel - cleaning staff taking smoke breaks outside our room - that was our view -weird halls and nooks and crannies to get anywhere and everywhere inside. Was like the movie The Shining. -found hair in my food At breakfast that was not my color -oh parking lol good luck was 200 meters down road in garage and good luck making 6 very tight turns to get out! -there looked like a much nicer hotel in valley below-go there

So location is very good direct 2 minutes from the gate to grossglocker alpine road, room was not so clean, bed very uncomfortable, that night wasnt very full but that gave us a room in the corner where the unique bar is so thx at 1:30 i was up. Head from shower wasnt possible to take to hand it was taped ( afraid from robbery???) i wanted to call to a reception cause when we get to the room electricity didnt worked but phone didnt worked also than after 10 min we founded some button to turn on the electricity. It wasnt clean also
