The lasagna from the restaurant was really not good and rather small sized. Either make a proper lasagna or take it off your menu, please.

The hotel is well situated, just across the river and a 2 minute walk from the main avenue. It's about a five minute walk from the train station. The room was a good size and the bathroom was also good. Bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a nice treat with good offerings. The hotel restaurant is closed on Wednesday nights but they have a good suggestion for a nearby Austrian restaurant with good schnitzel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again should I find myself in Bad Ischl.

Great room, superb breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. You should make a note for future customers. The parking garage only has 12 spots. It is VERY tight to get in and out. I had an Opel Astra, which is a pretty small car, and I could barely make the turn into the garage entry. Getting into and out of the parking spot was also a challenge.

The bar closed early due to staff illness which could not be helped but the alternative -a bar in the restaurant was not very welcoming and staff reluctant to serve us.

Location was excellent and very comfortable. The spa area was very good and very clean. Also the lounge area with a log fire was very welcome - in wa freezing outside!!

The hotel offers an elegant retro atmosphere. The location in close proximity to the city center is perfect for those who prefer to avoid walking long distances. The staff was very kind, the breakfast generous and of high quality. I appreciated the public parking behind the hotel, which is even cheaper than the hotel parking!

The wash basin in the bathroom is really small and shallow. Water was spilled out easily and made my shirt quite wet when I was washing hands

Staffs were very helpful. With their advices and guidances, I managed to book a tennis court in town and played with local tennis players, which was great fun. It was my very first clay court experience. Thank you very much for making my dream come true!

Breakfast was up to 10,30. We came at 9,30 and there was almost nothing left to eat: no eggs, no cheese, no ham etc. I had to ask if they could bring us something to eat, so they brought small amounts of food. I think that is not acceptible for the 4 star hotel. Also, in the bathroom only soap and body lotion were provided.

Saunas were minimized due to energy conservation, which is understandable, and for my dates the main Therme in town was closed. But as a result, I did not get very much spa time. Rather then alternating saunas day by day, I would have appreciated if the staff could turn them on and off upon request. The lower temperature sauna was hardly warm enough for me to break a sweat after 20 min of sitting inside.

Delicious, healthy breakfast in a bright room. Kind and accommodating staff who were always friendly. Great location! Lovely rooms and common spaces. Solid restaurant.

Lady at the reception was not very friendly. Hydromassage was not working. But those are minor things, nothing what could spoil the emotions from the hotel.

Amazing views, great design. Place is like from the fairytale. Cozy rooms, hotel is in the very picturesque place, and relaxation in spa with the Mountain View is amazing.

Beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the Traun River. Very clean and comfortable. Spa facilities were great. We were there during a quiet time and had the entire pool to ourselves, it felt very luxurious. Location was perfect. Walking distance from the train station and within minutes of restaurants and shops. Breakfast buffet was very generous.

Everything was perfect, I liked my room, pool and sauna, breakfast was really great and various. The only thing which I missed was the socket near the bed, the only way to charge the phone was near the table or TV, which was a bit inconvenient. But I think that's not a big deal comparing to all other goods. I enjoyed my being here and I will definitely stay here again if I will be in Salzkammergut))
