The only downside was the weak Wi-Fi signal in the room. I informed the reception about this issue, but unfortunately it could not be fixed during my stay. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

Excellent location just a short walk from the city center. While the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, nearby parking (about 200m away) is provided free of charge with a permit for guests from the hotel. Staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. The room was beautifully arranged with a stunning direct view of the river — absolutely breathtaking.

Parking was not available in the premises. However, it was possible to park 200m away with a small fee.

It was a modern hotel! Nice facilities. All in all, it was a good choice for our family weekend off.

The height of the pillow is too low and I fell down several times at night, resulting in a poor sleep quality. Further, there are not enough staffs and for all the requests, I need to visit the front in person m, which is quite inconvenient.

The location is great: right in the city center and everything within walking distance. The room is spacious and clean, with more than enough spaces to put our luggages. There is also free saunas available for guests, and all you need is to make a reservation. The restaurant of the hotel is also perfect, with fabulous view and fantastic food, which is never too salty or oily. The breakfast is also fantastic, with a good number of choices and almost everything, especially bread, is freshly baked.

Ladders to the attic room is a little steep. Would be nice to have a low table or place to put bags, phones instead of floor.

I booked the family room for 4pax. Room is Clean, toilets/ bathroom is amazing. Big spacious, enough for a family staying together.

I didn't like the pillows, i waked up a little with the stif neck.

I liked the breakfast the most ,cause you had a lot to chose from, and the food was great , the view from the room was also awesome.

Sadly my room had no views. There was a mirror placed outside the room that was reflecting onto the gym. So I had to keep the curtains drawn always as people can look in.

Really nice, modern hotel right in the city centre. It was about a 10mins walk from the train and bus station. hotel breakfast was also superb.

We called into the hotel the week before our stay & paid in full however on checking out we were told we had not paid & needed to pay now. I told the receptionist we had certainly paid & eventually he apologised & said it was his mistake. We also had a phone call several hours after we checked in asking where we were & when were we going to check in!!!!!

The female receptionist was very helpful in booking a taxi to Salzburg for us.

Fantastic hotel with very nice design. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is rich and many different options. Wellness area and saunas are fantastic.
