Jacuzzis not warm at all. They were barely warmer than the pool. This was very dissatisfying. Room was not ready at check in.

The views are to die for.

The dryer needs to be replaced with a modern dryer. need permanent blinds for the windows near the children rooms

we loved the pools both indoor and outdoor. We enjoyed the room - the kitchen was very well equipped. the room facilities were very good, except for the dryer which did not dry the clothes. The windows near the children rooms had no blinds - when I asked what can be done, the hotel staff installed temporary covers for the windows so we wouldn't wake up so early. This was done on the same day. Great and quick response, thanks! The staff in general are very helpful with any question, also about sight seeing, bus schedules etc.

Lift to check in the. Down again to the car then driving to an upper level to park. Finding where to park wasn’t obvious or as indicated on a map.

We stayed in an apartment. It was rather dated and that’s okay but it could have been cleaner both in the rooms and specially in the corridor leading there.

Parking was not great . To get to reception or the hotel facilities you had to climb/ walk up a very steep hill . Our apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived so had to wait till 4 pm . Reception staff were ok but not that helpful was told nothing about the facilities or even if we could have a meal . We found the pool ourselves that’s what we booked this place for . Not to worried if I would stay there again .

The apartments are in a separate building from the main hotel, pool, restaurant etc. It's only about 100m, but it's uphill.

It is an older property and shows signs of being well used, but it was clean regardless.

It was quirky. Had a great funicular to get from the garage to the restaurant. Great views. Lovely to have your own sauna. Great waiter in the restaurant.

We stayed in an apartment which makes it difficult to reach reception at short notice, because they are located at different locations. Also at first sight there is parking before entering the hotel. It is located on the left side before driving the elevation. It's paid parking, which is not mentioned anywhere and you get to know only when you check in at the reception.

Overall the location and other amenities were perfect. The hotel is also close to many grocery and bakeries. So it's easy to grab something to eat for a day trip. 45 mins drive from the hotel will take you to National park hohe.

The sauna and steam room in the main house were not included. Staff was friendly but also seemed not very motivated

We booked an apartment with our own sauna which was very nice. The apartment was clean, it was silent and the kitchen and bathroom were very modern. Also the Pool was included in the main house, which was nice. We loved the fire place!

Our appartment was a bit to old and worn down to our taste, but still charming and with a great terrasse overlooking the mountains. The cleaning of the room could gave been better.

Very nice location in the mountain side. Charming hotel in the Austrian alp style. Nice pool arena both inside and outside, with tanning beds and the best view over the Wallet and the mountains.

Washing machine didn’t work at first but Techniker came to fix it. It still didn’t finish but we managed to make it work. Maybe updating some washing machines might be necessary.

Great value for the place. Awesome pool and amazing sauna facility. It took a while but the room sauna did work at the end! The kitchen facility is also nice .

Bedroom a bit cramped with a large bed in it! And no space to place suitcases for unpacking.

The room was very basic, small and uncomfortable, old and used (used too much). A little bit overpriced.

Good location, just above Matrei in Osttirol, great views and unique access to the hotel - via funicular !!! Hotel is quite big but the way, it is located on the slope of the mountain, make You feel it's more familiar and rather like small mountain resort. Anyway it's comfortable and clean - in spite of the room we were given. Very good swimming pool and spa area: big pool, sauna, jacuzzi. Outdoor pool was close in the morning.

Strange hotel plan. Hard to find anything. In the pictures there is a pool, but if you get a number in different building, you don’t get to use it.
