This extraordinary, kid-friendly hotel outshines most five-star resorts with its warm, supportive staff, incredible ski-in/ski-out location, and Michelin star-quality dining. Our kids adored the amazing playroom and swimming pool, while the staff went above and beyond to make every moment special for the whole family.

It is a pity that the possibility of having breakfast/dinner in the presence of my pet has not been thought out. And there is no food delivery service to the room. And is it possible to have lunch in the summer on the terrace in the presence of a pet?

The service at the hotel is top notch. The cuisine is incredible.

Everything was perfect, so here I would like to leave just a recommendation - I would suggest add a slightly bigger swimming pool outside (or a second one, same size as the existing one) - there is enough space in the garden and based on my experience people prefer to sit in the pool enjoying the great view, even when there was a thunderstorm outside... people went outside in the pool during the storm ... :)

I'll start with the awesome location - quiet, inside the mountain, wonderful views everywhere you look, clear air, clean water. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and in the room there was a nice wardrobe with plenty of space for your luggage. The room was very well designed and equipped with attention to every single detail - well done! And now - last but not least - the staff was amazing - helpful, professional, friendly. If I can give 10 out of 10 for the hotel, the staff that works there added additional 10 on top of the overall rating - Thank you guys! Whoever is the manager in the hotel - you build awesome team - the staff you have is a real treasure! PS - for someone who's looking for the parking details - parking is underground with plenty of spaces (1 space for each room/accomodation) and plenty of space to maneuver with large SUVs. There are a lot of parking spaces with dedicated electrical charging station. There was even a dedicated space where you can leave your personal bicycle (if you bring your own bicycle).

Big and comfortable room, very clean, design of the exterior and interior is beautiful. The location is great, close to a lot of hiking trails. The staff was very friendly and helping.

Maybe a bit better coffee - if everything in Gradonna is really extraordinary, the coffee should not be the usual austrian one ;-)

Modern architecture, yet perfectly matching the area. Fantastic food with attentive staff. Wide variety of physical exercises - joga, stretching, fascia rolling, … led by experts in a beautiful yoga room. No-kids-in-pool time slot. Pools opened already from 7:30. Little trail-snack-pack to mix & take before hiking. Beautiful surroundings excellent for hiking of various difficulty. And every breakfast and every dinner! :-)

The outside pool is rather small, but it is still possible to find it empty. The natural pools is cold, but truly an amazing addition.

Great options for vegetarians. Beautiful hotel design and a great reading window space in the room. Great service and despite the size of the hotel it never feels crowdy. Everybody really friendly and accommodating.

Gradonna is a resort perfectly incorporated into the surrounding nature, with top products , top chefs and top design, which should be enough to make it irresistible to every nature loving tourist. However what makes it really stand out is the amazing staff, who are all, without exception, among the best we have ever had contact with. they are the reason we will be coming back.
