Everything was clean. It was very comfortable. Coffee machine was good. minibar with a bottle of rose wine was really cute.

I’m a little bit disappointed about how the kitchen was organized and utilized as well: no oven not even a microwave. Not even a toaster. Dinning table was rather useful for a coffee not for dining. Instead this wood sitting area a couch would be more useful. Last but not least the kitchen cabinet door was not repaired although i sent a message in this respect.

Not very clear regarding the directions, everything sent to us was in German, and had a hard time finding the key and the door. The last day we didn’t have hot water.

The door to the room was slightly hard to unlock with the key. Some parts of the bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned properly.

Good location, very spacious, super pleased when we first arrived and entered. Lovely little place to get away for a weekend or a few days with friends. Super convenient location. Everything was provided just as in a regular hotel. My early check-in request was approved which was handy.

Although we were there at 3.15 pm, We made check-in later than the normal check in time that was 3.00 pm, because they didnt prepare the apartment yet. we had limited time and they caused losing some time.

The apartment was clean and big enough. Also well decorated. The kitchen tools, bed clothes and towels were enough. Beds were comfortable.

On the first floor and can be a bit noisy when cars or people pass by, which is rare. May not be ideal for light sleepers.

We got completely different room from the one presented in the offer pictures (smaller one and much darker). Also check-in instructions I got in pdf on my email address were only in German language, which was quite confusing, but Google Translate solved the problem quite well. :)

Both room and bathroom were extremely clean. Coffee machine with spare capsules, kettle and teabags, free bottle of water, iron were another pros of this accommodation. Perfect place for a quick city-break with backpack only :)

We would have preferred to have a more comfortable seat either in the bedroom or in the living area - but then this might be not be needed for younger travellers

We enjoyed our stay in Meidlinger Markt. We were not aware that the room allocated to us did not have A/C, but the staff was most helpful installing 2 fans and to move us to their hotel in Fillgradergasse 16. It was very hot in Vienna during our stay, so the move was very much appreciated. The staff was most helpful, very friendly and accomodating. The location of both locations was excellent with easy access to public transport, restauants, bars and shops. We shall be back

We arrived around 7 pm and wanted to get our key but for some reason the code that we were given for the key safe didn’t work properly and we didn’t get the key. We called the staff which after 2 phone calls and 20 minutes of waiting told us that they were on their way. We waited all together for an hour on the street with a 3 month old baby. The employee apologized and was very nice but i would have wished they had just come after the first phone call and didn’t keep us waiting. Beside this experience our stay was great.

We spent 6 nights in this hotel but the apartment was not cleaned at all during our stay. Not sure if that is their policy or if we were somehow forgotten. After the 4th night, we requested for new towels and got them right away. If it is hot outside and you need to keep the windows open, there is a lot of noise from traffic and the market. And it starts really early, like 5am. It did not bother us (our toddler wakes up at 6am anyway), but might be a bigger deal for someone else.

Great spacious, clean and beautiful accommodation in perfect location close to U-bahn. We had a corner apartment that had a big room with small kitchenette and smaller room with a sitting space. The kitchenette had a stove, fridge, coffee machine and water boiler, but no microwave. The apartment did not get too hot, even if there was no air conditioning and the temperature outside was over 30 for several days. It was always nice to come back after spending time in the heat outside.

Inaccurate and confusing directions to the location. In the first instance to an incorrect address. Secondly, when finding the location, confusion over how to access the key. Most disturbing was the key operated double latching internally. Universally, fire regulations specify that to escape any exit door must be operable from the inside without the aid of a key. Anyone who may have paranoia about security could remove the key for safety and be trapped in an emergency. This serious matter needs to be raised with this accommodation!

Somehow the bathroom always smelled like piss, the smell didn't go away no matter how long the vent was on. Tv could have some more channels, always news or tv shop on it, not much interesting on if we wanted to spend the night in watching TV

I liked the shower a lot! The bed was super comfortable, the room had a cool unique look to it and it was big enough for two people for a week, and they had guides and a map lying on the desk. Easily accessible to the metro and wherever you want to go

The term "hotel" included in the name is a bit misleading. This is basically a one room apartment (small) with a toilet, shower and a small area with a sink/mirror (the later ones are separated from the room only with a heavy curtain). It has it's own separate entrance and you get the keys from a locker, no reception, you don't meet any staff members. Pay attention to the door as you can easily lock ourself out of the room.

Overall our experience was good, the room is nice and it offers everything that is basically needed for your stay. It's great that right across the road there is a little market where you can find a lot (small restaurants, different food products etc). I'd say that for short (2 night like us) stays it's ok, for longer than that it's not that great.
