Great apartmant

Confortable beds. Quiet area near parc. Clean and modern apartment. Close to U1 and Therme.

A quiet and peaceful place with a beautiful view. Free parking is available, and pets are allowed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great, the location, the view and the appartment as a whole. Check in is easy, you just follow the rules of the owner. We liked the garage parking lot as well, our car was in a safe spot while we were discovering the city with metro. Metro station is practically near the appartment building, which was very important for us, as we were traveling with small children. You can reach the city centre in about 15 minutes. Apartment is very beautiful, modern, cozy and has ever you need for a short or longer stay. Kitchen has all the necessary utensils, you can easily prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. There were even oil and vinegar in the cupboard! Beds and pillows were very comfortable, even the sofa bed!

The only thing I was missing was salt, but that's nothing. I would really recommend the place.

This is an upper floor apartment located in the only high rise building from a quiet residential area, with parking. There's a nice bistro/konditorei nearby and it's very close to the beautiful Kurpark Oberlaa. The balcony with western exposure provided for a great view of the city and sunset.

Nothing to do with the apartment but if you want to go to the near by shops Billa and Hofer that are across the railroad, be aware that the crossing may be closed for a long time. Waited over 20minutes for 4 trains.

Good location, free parking in the garage, modern Apartment, very well equipted, big and clean. Soundproof Windows. Near beautiful park and walking distance to Wiena Therme.

There is no clima in the Apartment.

The morden apartment was decorated, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It was very close to metro station. The large balcony was very nice to relax. The underground parking bay was very safe and clean.

Beautiful new apartment building, functional and slick. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful view from the window/terrace. A short walk to the Underground, and from there 10-15 minutes to the city center. Warm, cosy, feels like home.

The cleaners were there at 11 am, on the minute, so we had to rush to leave even though our flight was later and it was a holiday.

The rooms were very big , nice and clean. The balcony is a nice feature. Kitchen well fitted. All the comfort needed in the apartment. There is an elevator so it's easy to access the 7th floor where the apartment is located.

had some issues getting in the apartment. The cleaning was still in progress in the afternoon. To get to the underground parking was a bit tricky. One can only use the access key once, which makes sense, but not if you didn't manage to actually drive in. I had to open the garage door from the inside and block it to be able to drive the car inside the garage. There aren't too many restaurants in the area or supermarkets. If you have to walk, it's a bit of a hustle, especially Sundays when almost everything is closed. The price is a bit high for the location this apartment is located. If you just need to transit, it's more or less ok, but still a bit expensive.

Beautiful accommodation. Very nicely furnished. Very quiet. The sunset view is breathtaking. The apartment has everything you need, including the kitchen. I enjoyed my stay very much and will be happy to come back.

The apartment was clean and spacious. It is very close to the metro station, only a five-minute walk. We also loved the coffee capsules and milk that were left for us.
