Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very nice accommodation, pleasant hostess. The guesthouse is secluded, completely quiet and completely dark :-) The breakfest satisfactory.

My husband and I chose this accommodation because of its proximity to the ski lifts in Schladming, which can be reached by car in 20 min. The road is narrow and goes through villages, very nice view from the top. The accommodation is actually situated in a farm owned by a family. There are many domestic animals on the farm. There was a baby lamb, 2 days old. Although we were not with children, we were also delighted. The ambience is real rural, fantastic for sleeping, peaceful, wonderful air. The room was modern and very nicely decorated, bed is very comfy. Everything was like completely new. You have everything you need, plus there is a kitchen which is right as you exit the room, which had all kitchen appliances. It is used only by guests. It is very convenient and you totally feel like at home. The surrounding is very pretty with kids playground, cats and dogs, gooses and ducks, cows, sheep etc. It must be very pretty in other seasons too. The owners are very nice and they took care of us perfectly. The level of cleanliness cannot be higher. It is not only the room that is perfectly clean but also the kitchen, hallways etc. You can park the car in front of the house. The breakfast was wonderful. Some products are from the farm and the dinning room is very cosy. It is literally like you are in your own house. Such a wonderful experience.

The water took a little longer to run warm.
Nice quiet place in Austrian mountains. Absolutely loved the cosy rooms. Breakfast was amazing, it really gets you ready for the day. There is also a small kitchen you can use and a fridge to store your food.

Very nice property. Quiet, relaxing, in the middle of nature, with a bit of animal noises. 🤗 Perfect for nature and animal lovers! Small changes in breakfast every day, everything fresh. Fruits and vegetables. Sweet and salty. Coffee and tea. Tasty! The owner was very nice and attentive. We got everything what we asked for and some more. 🤗 Vielen dank! 🙏

Everything in this accomodation was perfect.Rooms were nice and super clean, kitchen very good equipts. The farm has a few of people around, it’s not very private. Also soap and shampoo would be a nice touch, and maybe some oil in kitchen and some other cooking basics that you don’t want to buy for stay of couple of days :) But those are little things, it didn’t really affect our impression.
Balcony with exceptional view from 2 rooms. Lots of things for kids to do and farm animals to see. Very friendly host.

In case of harsh snow condition, it would be difficult to get to the accommodation.
Everything was fine. Perfect accomodation in winter as well as summer season.

There's nothing negative I can mention. It was perfect.
A wonderful place, wonderful view to the mountains. The owners are very kind people, well prepared for families. There are lots of farm animals around the house. Ski slpoes are reachable within 30 mins drive.
