Great for travelling with dog - there is plenty of space in the outer for walking the dog. 3. The famous hiking trails easily reachable (short drive by car).

Great breakfast, fantastic service and very attentive staff - catering to every need and making us feel super comfy. Spacious and clean room, comfortable beds. Beautiful garden with amazing view and quite different outdoor play facilities. Very children friendly. Very nice spa.

Amazing spa area. Fantastic staff and service. Slightly weird glass walled shower with no privacy in a 4 bed suite. But otherwise we had great time and would recommend.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with another couple, but the bathroom had a glass wall with no privacy whatsoever. So we had to message each other to say when the bathroom was free! Very peculiar and may not suit everyone.

Spa area was excellent, staff very helpful and friendly.

- there's not enough resting places in the adult spa - the breakfast selection could be a bit more extensive, like choices of bread, meat, and muesli (e.g. there's no granola) - it was not so clear where to take the ski bus, it is a 5 min walk from the hotel

- the hotel has everything a ski traveller needs, like a bar, restaurant, spa and swimming pool - the hotel is friendly, and the management clearly tries to please the guests with small extra's - the spa is nice, with an adult section and a family section - there's a coffee and tea making facility in the room - the food in the restaurant is very good quality

It’s a good 20 min walk in to town (without ski boots) and it was quite warm in the hotel.

Outdoor pool didn’t work.

Exceptionally good hotel. Spa is perfect, it’s big and not crowded. Few days we were alone there. Relaxing massage jets are super. Good breakfast, with tasty pancakes :) Staff is very friendly and real dog lovers. We received dog bad and 2 plates for our Golden Retriever. Location is nice, near the bus stop. 10-15 minutes to the center by walk.

Lack of AC really hurts, especially in the hottest period of the summer. Dinner in the restaurant is very pretentious and not relaxed at all.

Everything is to the highest level. Spa and swimming pool are awesome.

I booked the “mountain views” and we ended up having a room with the other part of the hotel in-front of us. The breakfast could have more options

Fully renovated, and the spa it’s wonderful. It was pretty empty which allow us to enjoy fully the facilities

There were a lot of bees in the restaurant. The husband and one of the sons is allergic to bees. It made our daily stay at breakfast very unpleasant. Fruit only apples. Insufficiently supplemented selection. We had to ask for pastries and drinks that were no longer on the buffet. We expected a bigger selection. On leaving we were pleasantly surprised by the reception staff who gave us a small present as an apology for the bees in the restaurant. The wellness could be open longer than until 20:00

One of the most perfect hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything from the staff to the design, spa facilities, attentive service and how they treated our kids was fabulous. Definitely go!
