The hotel room photos were taken many years ago, so the actual view is different from the photos. The price should be lower, as we have rented much better quality in the region for the same price.

Location is not very cental, but center could be easily reached by bikes or bus, so this was not actually an issue for us.. There are not many restaurants nearby, so if not included lunch and dinner require little bit planning.

Hotel is perfect for kids (and parents).. There is everything kids could wish for.. We got also free tickets for all public transportation in Salzburg region, which was very convinient..

We had an issue with our motorbike and needed help communicating in German with the key service, as we couldn’t unlock the disc lock. The staff was extremely helpful and showed great determination in assisting us. They didn’t give up even after several attempts and made sure we were taken care of. I would especially like to give credit to the girls at the reception, whose kindness and persistence made a stressful situation much easier. Because of this experience, we will definitely be coming back in the future.

Breakfast variety could be a bit better, but now I'm really nitpicking.

Large rooms, spotless, a lot of facilities in the hotel for kids and adults (wellness, sauna, outdoor and indoor pool, multiple kids playgrounds).

Bit odd, two hotels linked by underground tunnel, all a bit confusing and lacked the atmosphere a bit because of this. However excellent place to stay with kids, so many facilities.

I liked everything.

Cozy place, two spacious bedrooms, little terrace. Two pools are included in the price - indoor and outdoor. Free of charge covered garage, comfortable bed, very satisfying breakfast. Children playground in the territory. 15 mins walk from the lake with nice path along. Very welcoming service in the reception.

No fridge. But that is about the only complaint!

We liked the size of the room, the separate beds in the children's room, the big balcony and the amazing view from the balcony. Also, we liked the complimentary drinks, coffee and tea and the family cozy lobby area where you can relax for a while with a good book. Special thanks to the friendly receptionist, who put our stuff in their fridge at the reception, since the room had none.

There is no way to adjust the air conditioning. The temperature in the room is set low, and it was cold. It’s 30°C outside, but inside it felt like 18°C or even less.

At breakfast the waitress did not want to bring out a new set of teacups when we were close to 10AM. Luckily the chef prepping eggs helped us.

No elevator - our apartment was on the top floor and just a narrow stair led there. I had to carry all our luggage there by myself No fridge in the apartment, no kitchen or any plate, knives, forks - no chance to eat any food in the apartment Bed matrace is too soft, pillows are high, difficult to get a comfortable sleep Ventillation in the toilet and bathroom very loud and operate randomly (may start in the middle of the night) No ambient light opportunity for kids No dinner opportunity in the hotel and the restaurant in the Mavida sister hotel is closed on Sun, Mon, Tue - we stayed 5 nights and had to go out for dinner all 5 nights as we could not get a table for the night when we arrived, the next evening it was a set-menu dinner (not really good when you are with kids) and was closed for the rest of the stay. The wellness area has an age limit of 16 years - we did not allow our kids in the swimming pool but we found that some guests were there with their toddlers crying and shouting and the staff did nothing about it.

First of all, there were no air conditioning and sleeping with open windows was complicated as there were mosquitos and noises. Another drawback was family room, which was separated into three tiny rooms - suite is much better. And finally, breakfast was poor and not replenished - majority of food was already gone when hour left to the end of Breakfast.

Common facilities were great: coffee, drinks and tea 24/7, heated outdoor swimming pool, parking. Overall should be nice place during the winter, but not OK for summer.

We were 5 adults and 1 child, we would have appreciated 2 WCs than 1 for faster morning routines.

Loved the property, very helpful and supportive staff esp at the reception. The rooms and facilites were clean and well organized. Loved the spa and gym. Coffee and beverage all day was spot enjoyed by grandparents and kids where we spent time playing board games. We will surely revisit
