The large rooms feel like your own home, perfect for a long stay in Krem. The room owner is very helpful.

Owner had a treat for us at key transfer which staff at cafe were ignorant of but he rectified that when he had to fix wifi that wasn’t working in room. He was fast in his response and solution.

Austraalia23 arvustust„The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable and is located in the wonderful Altstadt of Krems,”There could have been more kitchen utensils, but we gather this was not the owner's fault. Guests had been removing them and the owner was keen to replace them.
The owner escorted us to the property from his place of work.

Holland17 arvustust6 hinnatud abistavaks„Lovely flat let down by poor equipment and host response.”Lack of basic kitchen equipment. Disappointing host reaction. Having been a hotel owner myself I really disliked it when guest wrote a bad review but said nothing when they were there. So we asked for the following during our stay, as it was a lovely flat but the kitchen in particular was just unusable: sink plugs for kitchen and bathroom. Something to make coffee in, a cafetière or filter. A small pan (there are three huge ones). A dish for use in the oven (there is a plastic dish for use in a microwave but no microwave…) a bedside light for bedroom 2. The reply came that sink plugs would be provided after the bank holiday and customers must have stolen them - this appears to be a frequent response as it is mentioned in earlier reviews. I think no plugs is just poor housekeeping. The host then stated that the kitchen was well equipped and there were no earlier complaints. Well, he clearly doesn’t read his booking reviews as we were far from the first to mention the lack of kitchen facilities. And to cap it all he suggested we went across the road for coffee!!! We were offended. Actually, the place over the road happily lent us a corkscrew to open a bottle - they knew the meaning of good customer service - as we later realised there was no corkscrew or scissors in the kitchen either. So take all those things if you wish to self cater plus a microwave, washing rack and even a washing machine. Just very disappointing equipment for a lovely apartment, don't expect to self-cater. You can drink however (take your own corkscrew) as there are about 80 glasses and cups. But a superfluity of one type of equipment doesn’t compensate for the lack of the other! You must do better familie Hagmann. You let this apartment down.
Great location at the end of the high street. Spacious. Krems itself we found fantastic. The open air pool nearby was fabulous. Lovely shopping, restaurants, scenery and character. Lots to do.
