It would be nice to have a fridge in the room. Also our room was closed to the elevator and it was noisy sometimes. If there was a smart TV option, it would also be great. Otherwise all is good. And all our enquieries were fulfilled by the staff.

Location is very convenient. Metro station is just 350m away. I like the area. There are nice restaurants and couple of rooftops that we fancied. Staff at the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast. It's from 6 to 11 which is very convenient. This hotel is a good value for these money. I'd recommend it to my friends.

- The AC cannot be turned off, only adjusted +/- 3 degrees - no floor heating in the bathroom (the towels were always damp) - the shower door doesn't seal properly - tea cup rings on nightstands - I'd appreciate a shoehorn and a minifridge

- Tasty buffet breakfast with options for everyone - Quiet gym (open 6am-10pm, I recommend going early, because it's empty and the sunrise looks wonderful from the 7th floor) - Nice lobby and a bar - a steam iron and a hairdryer - The staff was always polite and welcoming - Housekeeping upon request

Everything was super nice - the location, the stuff, the room. The bed was comfortable, the blackout curtains and the soundproof windows made our night sleep perfect, even despite the fact that we had the Prater view. One more bonus - the early check in which we were lucky to get. Many thanks for the hospitality!

I think it's quite a good ratio of money and quality of services provided.

A breakfast is really good. A location is very good. It takes metro line U2 to get to different parts of the Ring. The room is comfortable and has good bathroom as well as different good TV programs at the telly.

Excellent hotel and value for money. The neighborhood is next to the Messe (Fair), and is 3-4 min walk to the U2 line. The breakfast spread is pretty good, and the hotel stafff is excellent in helping you with anything. The room sizes are also pretty good. Bonus points for the stand on sustainability as well :)

It can be bad that you have to pay 24€ for parking, but we didn’t come with car so it wasn’t an inconvenience for us. It can be noisy in the evenings, but it didn’t bother me, the noise wasn’t that big to annoy me.

I like that the room looks exactly like in pictures. The hotel is right next to the entrance in Prater park which is great if you look forward to enjoy this amusement park and its attractions as i did. I like that the hotel staff were friendly and ready to help me out with anything i needed. They offer a great breakfast, lot of different foods , for any type of people, from vegan to lactose intolerance ones. I stayed 4 nights and they explained to me that cleaning in my room will be made when i ask for it. They were prompt when i asked for new towels. I recommend it!

Located outside the Old Town but very easy to get into the city in less than 10 minutes. The hotel’s parking was excellent and check in very quick and easy. We liked the digital key on our phone - great innovation. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

I would suggest expanding the range of vegan options for breakfast, as this would make the offering more inclusive and appealing to guests with different dietary preferences.

Excellent cross-cultural breakfast. I appreciated the variety and the presence of several vegetable options. I would have liked to see even more vegan choices, but overall it was fine. As for the location, I appreciated that it was close to the Prater and within easy reach of the metro, allowing me to get to the city center effortlessly.

From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is fantastic – just steps away from Prater amusement park, which was a highlight for us. My family of five booked two rooms, and we truly appreciated that the hotel arranged for us to stay on the same floor. The rooms were excellent, with one offering a beautiful view of the park. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return!
