It was easy to find the place. There is a parking just outside of the hotel. The train station for the city center was a 5 minute walk from the hotel and it takes you 5 minutes to grt to city center by train. It was clean and the beds were comfy.

No AC, no fridge

Room was clean and very comfy, if you come in late you can pick up your door keycard easily and thus check out whenever too. Great contact with the staff. Localisation is quite good too, depends on the needs but it worked well for us (transit+sightseeing nearby). Not many hotels in the area so maybe that’s why the price is a bit steep compared to other around Wien, but we really wanted to stay nearby so 🤷🏼‍♀️

Peaceful and clean hotel in a very convenient location for the train into Vienna, and only a short walk to Klosterneuburg town centre. The breakfast was basic but fresh, and staff were helpful when I saw them.

I forgot to ask for a fan. I didn’t like to open windows too much as the insects could come in. But it’s my fault I could have asked for a fan. A little expensive .

Breakfast I was traveling with a group of 14, they didn’t put out enough food for us, not even talking about the other guest. O when I asked more food they give me a look and then vent to the store to cold cuts.

My room was towards the sun and it was extremely hot without AC and thetefore I barely and with lot of efforts could fall asleep, it felt like a sauna inside. The auckward thing, I heard that some of the rooms are equipped with AC.

The location was fairly good as it within of 10 min of walk from the train station and just few stops from the so called center of this town. Check in easily can be done outside the official hours.

The accomodotion was too expensive for what they offer. Off all the place that I’ve stayer this had the lowest quality-price ratio. In my opinion, this is more a pension then a hotel. The breakfast - doesn’t offer much. The staff is not so friendly.

Near by the bus/metro station and supermarkets. The room was clean. Free park on the streets.

Monotonous breakfasts, with limited selection. Service is lacking. The hotel reception is open for a very short time, from 6 am to 11 am. The hotel does not have an iron to lend.

extremely unfriendly staff. Which have a tendency to be racist. My two colleagues from Bangladesh, got very bad treated during their stay. It was openly due to their skin color, or ethnics, not German or Austrian enough to get a friendly treat.
