CroatiaFirst there are no changing area for people with disabilities at the pool, or other adjustments in this facility, and on the reception i had an answer that "People like this are not expected guests in this hotel" which is very offensive for me. Second i payed for three persons, couch was not made (i asked for this 3 times), we (my kids and me) slept in Queen sized bed, with the opening in the middle. It was very unconfortable.Third, everything is in german, program for entertaiment, washing machine, notes that they are leaving on the door of the room, ect...
I liked almost everything. Enterior is wonderful and warm.The staff is wonderful, specially Belma, Elvir and Enedina were so helpful and kind.

ItalyWhile the staff at the restaurant speaks fluently English and makes their priority to make the guests at comfort, the reception isn't too... accomodating. There was no leaflet with info like wifi password or opening time for breakfast and dinner. Small things.
Amazing structure, with swimpool for kids and sauna/relax place for adults. The rooms are big and comfy, the restaurant perfect.

Hungarythere were no curtains or blinds on the window. I don't understand why 80-year-olds like to show themselves naked in the sauna area, if it is written that the use of bath towels is mandatory, but this is an Austrian tradition :)
Very nice and huge hotel, with a lot of services. I really liked the parking garage and it was useful. Bathroom was the best. The restaurant was good, nice food, the young, hungarian waiter was very funny, an entertainer!

NetherlandsA 6,5 out of 10... This is rather personal of course. Maybe I am too critical, maybe I am spoiled. I visited hundreds of hotels the past 30 years, found excellent ones and bad ones. This Hapimag in Lungau falls somewhere in between. It is overall very clean and pool and sauna are very good. The restaurant quality is good. I booked 6 nights for a little over €2600 what was reduced after several discounts to approx €1650. Still an amount of money that should reflect itself into a little more special over average. That is not what I found... The room was just some 6 to 8 square meters bigger than a standard hotelroom but is called an apartment due to the small kitchen provided. The kitchen itself is a big plus, everything you need and expect is there indeed. But for an original price of €2600 you expect more space, infact a kind of livingroom/kitchen space with a sleeping part on-suite, preferably with one big bed and some better furniture. Negative is that you have to hunt yourself somewhere in the building for new towels and extra toiletpaper after the initially delivered quantity is used halfway your stay. Used towels than pile up in your badroom during your stay. The feeling is that this is more a business hotel than a holiday hotel. There is no personal involvement, you don't feel really welcomed at your holiday destination. There is no cleaning of the room during the week, not even the toilet. You have to carry your garbage yourself through the building to a collection point outside the hotel. Garage parking is charged of course, but that outside parking along the public street is also charged (far less but still) is not communicated ahead but suddenly found on the final invoice, and that while free parking is available at a distance less than 100m for which you in fact automatically already pay as part of the Lungau community tax per person per day. But, that information is not provided. So, in conclusion: 6.5, not more.
