The property is older, with some dated interiors and normal wear and tear, and being on the ground floor means you may hear people passing by during the day, though it was generally quiet at night.

Clean apartment in a convenient location, just a short walk from a metro station. It offers a handy little kitchen (which we didn’t get to use on our short stay), all the basic amenities, and feels quite spacious.

I have a dust and mite allergy, which flared up really bad even though I took antihistamines, probably because of the bed. Since the rest of the room looked clean. Consider this when deciding on accomodation.

This is a little old building with some vibe of student hostel, but this is really a minor thing.

The place located in the nice and quiet district with a lot of restaurants nearby - including one of the best Indian restaurants I have ever been to. The host very helpful and providing useful info. Room cozy and convenient - old building but all good maintained. Very clean bathroom. Nice space for bikes - backyard with roofed space with racks. Very good for this price.

WiFi was not perfect.

Hostel a little bit outside of the city center, outside of noise or tourists. Thanks to the location we went to see beautiful park Schonbrunn. The hostel is actually a small apartment with a kitchen (stove, kettle, fridge, etc) and a bathroom. Comfortable bed. Very friendly person welcomed us.

The hostel is well located in a quiet alley, almost opposite the Westbahnhof and near to the shopping street Mariahilferstrasse. There is a metro station and many cafes nearby. The inner city is no more than 20 minutes walk away. The room, kitchen, toilet - everywhere was clean. The kitchen has everything for cooking, there is a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a fridge. The table lamp with good light by the bed. Many thanks to the staff for their responsiveness and good relations. The general impression of the hostel is very pleasant.

This was my second stay in 3 weeks, this time in a single room in a small apartment (shared with another two rooms) that has a WC and a separate bathroom with shower & toilet (spacious, hairdryer, easy shower to get in and out, plus toiletries). The kitchen has everything you need – a table and chairs, fridge and freezer, microwave, cutlery, crockery, even an iron. My single room had its own sink, a TV, fan, working desk, ample cupboards and shelves, and even a private balcony. There was nothing to fault on cleanliness – even from the apartment mates! Overall, a very positive experience that exceeded my expectations! (I was initially concerned about the shared bathroom, but that was no problem since it’s right next to the room.) Easy access by stairs or the (glass) elevator!

I thought it would be possible to use the washing machine, but there seemed to be some confusion on that issue when I asked (a note says 'no self-service', but also '4€'...)

Mr Hanz and Mr Ilia are both welcoming and accommodated my request for a groundfloor room (even though the hostel does have a lift). Westbahnhof is a short walk away for trains and there is a tram stop even closer by to go direct to Hauptbahnhof. There is a choice of restaurants nearby (but no bakeries in the surrounding streets for a morning coffee - you need to go to Mariahilferstrasse). I would definitely book again.

Practical location for a 1 night stay, close to the tram, 15 minutes away from Hbf. You share the bathroom with 2 other rooms though, but everything is there - facilities, kitchen, pretty big room for one.

Furnitures in the room are a little bit outdated, but this didn't stop us from enjoying our resting time in the room.
