Everything about the hotel is first class. The facilities are top class, the gym, the sauna’s, the outdoor and indoor pools, the food is so delicious and the staff are simply the best. It was lovely to see Emily with baby Freeda.

It was perfect but for one incident with poor allergen management at dinner that was corrected when questioned.

Great hotel, breakfast and dinner where good. Adult only spa was amazing and highlight of stay, it felt so luxurious. (it is naked only in main one). There is a separate sauna beside pool if you wish to wear togs.

The new Sauna Area is large and luxurious. Location is perfect to walk around even in the snow.

Always stay here to ski. Half board option is definitely worth it and the food is very good. Rooms are huge and bathrooms too. Always clean and tidy. Nice bar area for after dinner.

Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The manager of hotel -Emily- was very friendly and willing to assist to the guests. The rooms are very large and comfortable

The hospitality from the staff was exceptional, the best we have seen in a very long time. There were so many thoughtful touches from the housekeeping staff that made our stay that much more comfortable. We picked the dinner and breakfast package, which was spot on, and the restaurant had a very friendly atmosphere. We even made some new friends with those that we were sat next to. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

very basic, dated accommodation - we were in the old section. dinner menu not great variety - was mainly pork - kids portions quite small eg 2 slices pizza . they didn’t have a room to accommodate family of 6 so we had to split up over two opposite rooms. (although this was fine, some families wouldn’t like this) Didn’t replenish the fresh fruit at breakfast - therefore need up early for healthy fruit. Wi-Fi wasn’t great. A hotel shuttle would be good option - plus it would be great if hotel offered transfers to airport.

lovely staff, family run hotel, and 7-8 min walk to slopes. good to have a washing machine - get tokens at reception. swimming pool great - although no clothes permitted in Sauna therefore we refrained from that! good selection of hot drinks at breakfast. great salad bar child friendly there’s couple of shops in the village and couple of bars showing sporting events.

Having stayed here on many skiing holidays there is nothing I don't like

The room was spotlessly clean on arrival and maintained as such by the cleaning staff throughout our stay. The beds in particular were always remade with a novel twist which was great, and reminded us of stays at Disney Florida. The food this year was particularly good and the evening meals more creative than perhaps in previous years, and the whole hotel is well maintained by the staff team.

To many kids in adults only area and in adults only pool. Not pleasant. There are a pool for the kids.

They did not inform us that we need to pay for the spa towels and robes. We were asked to pay for these at the check out.

A family friendly 5 star hotel in every way. Friendly staff, great food, great location, large clean rooms. Very safe feel, relaxing. Great hotel for skiing or sight seeing with a great history of the village and culture.

The size of the sauna is rather concerning, even though there are two. Towels were not given or placed out there. We had to ask for a bath robe, and one of them was torn apart. There could have been banana and other fruits for the breakfast. The coffee should be improved! If you want to ski in the large ski resort of Brixen im Thal (Wilden Kaiser Skiwelt), than this town is not the right one. There is a small ski area near by, but you will not get any nearer to those 270 km slops, that Wilden Kaiser Skiwelt has to offer.

I liked the size of the room, the dinner was tasty, though small. It was good, that they had at least 1 vegetarian option and had plant based milk and could have freshly squeezed OJ (though very noisy) in the morning. Staff in the restaurant was professional, and speedy.
