I didn't check, but I kind of expect from an apartment to have if not a kitchen, but at least some basic stuff,.like a small fridge - which is not the case, though they can bring it for additional price. Also a note: it's inside the shopping mall. Not a problem at all, I've been to such hotels before, just weird if it's one's first time.

- The location. It's quiet, it's on metro and tram line, 30 min from the center, but close to the Donau Insel, which is great when one wants to enjoy a morning run or have some quality time with a kid - as there are routes for running as well as plenty of playgrounds. - The stuff was friendly and helpful - Parking, though paid

Did not have a fridge in my room when i arrived and it was not included in my package .. which was surprise to me at that price and quality of the venu.. it was fixed very fast 😃

Great size room, very clean and facilities are great. I would recommend this place to stay , not close to the center but trains are very fast and efficient to get around. Location is right next to the river .. i had great biew from my room and there is a shopping center , food hall in the same block .. very convenient.

Clean rooms yet weird smell (probably some aggressive detergents). Clogged bath causing discomfort while taking shower. No iron and iron board in the room. Limited selection of food for breakfast, 18 Euros per person is not worth it.

Easy to find, part of Millennium City mall. Well marked underground parking, payable at the hotel reception. Swift check in. Modern elevators - yet a couple of hints need to be collected in prior for the first-time users. Subway station nearby.

Walls are normally tiny and we had a bit noisy neighbours. Nothing else. Normal stuff.

Great property. Located inside shopping mall, you can pay extra 18E per day to park inside garage. Note that when you go in to Garage, just follow signage where it says Parking Hotel. And you go all the way to the bottom and when you turn left you will see on concrete pillar hotel signage. Check in was super smooth, when you pass reception, you select your floor and designated elevator will come to pick you up. Great stuff. If you need you can pick up extra towels in the storage room. We took paid breakfast, excellent stuff there. Staff was very friendly and introduced us into hotel facilities. Great. Definitely would come again.

The view from our room. We were on the 5th, in a studio room (last time we stayed in a smaller room with a view of the Danube), our windows faced inwards, so when we opened the blinders, we only so other windows, which is a bad experience to have in the bedroom. I know we didn't book a Danube view room, but this was still sad.

The room was perfect, everyone was friendly, in the Millennium City you have everything you need + the Danube is nice to have this close. Breakfast was nice too, and there is space to park.

The staff at the reception desk were awesome, Emily left a lovely goodie bag in our room. She also helped find local Austrian cuisine and attractions. Elizabeth too was lovely. The location is fabulous. The breakfast was alright a little more selection like pancakes especially when travelling with kids that would have been nice. I would definitely visit again.

The extra bed for a kid is a small sofa bed a little bit hard. The curtains are very short and in summer you can feel the sun entering the room since very early.

The rooms are spacious. The hotel is located inside a mall so you can find a lot of restaurants to eat, go to the cinema, and do some shopping. The breakfast is good.

There was no fridge in the room, which made things a bit tricky for us as we were travelling with a baby. On one of the days, Vienna was quite hot, and the air conditioning couldn’t keep the room cool enough, which made it uncomfortably warm.

The hotel was very good overall. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet rooms, and a great location inside a shopping mall with convenient parking. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was excellent - a nice variety and good quality.

We got a free room upgrade and the view to Danube river was amazing! Train/metro station is very close and really frequent. Since the hotel is in a shopping center, you can easily find somethong to eat or drink. The area is safe and calm. Everything was great.

No sleepers.

Good location, next to the train-Uban station. 10 to 15 minutes from the centre of Vienna by public transport, Uban and underground. Very quiet during the night. Breakfast was also good.

Location, easy access to public transport. Excellent parking garage. Very cosy check in and check out. Comfy elevators. Advantage - hotel is in the shopping mall, where you have anything you need, cafes and a lot of places for food and drink, shops, etc. And Danube 🤗 , lovely park, sun, swans and rabbits all around you...

That we stayed only 5 days 😢

The view was amazing. The room and bathroom were clean. There was no noise, there was excellent temperature in the room. There are plenty of stores in your feet and all transport you need. I will visit it for sure. And there is also security in the area.
