Hodnocení – Haus Weyerbach Apartments

Dear P and Family, Thank you so much for your lovely review! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us! We value our guests feedback, to help us keep a high standard & good quality with the apartments & service, aswell as improving anything when required. I'm so sorry if you were uncomfortable in anyway, with the 'rental check' at the end of your stay. We never want this to be a negative experience for guests. As discussed, the main reason for this is to ensure that guests have not forgotton any items, (we were at the post office a lot last year, returning items to guests). This is to minimise any inconvenience and added costs (postage) for our house guests to retrieve their items. It maybe that with the translator tool from Booking.com, that the description is not so accurate, but i can assure you that we are definately not 'picky' in anyway, in terms of the condition of the apartments. Many of our guests have children, often something is broken or damaged - accidents are so called because they are unintentional! We are very flexible and understanding with these things - we never want to charge our guests any extra costs and mostly replace any damaged household items free of charge (glasses, plates, pillowcases, etc.) As you left your apartment in a lovely (and very appreciated) condition and there were no issues, i'm slighty bemused as to this remark (maybe this is however also culture differences?).
