The room was lovely (No 5). The pool is great. The bootroom is really nice, and the lockers have vents to dry your boots and helmet. The wellness centre hit the spot after a day on the slopes... We loved that. A shop over the road for supplies. A bus stop for either direction of Skiing directly in front of the house. It's probably a minute on the bus to the Shatterberg Express and 3 minutes to Hinterglemm the other way. Yeah, the place is ideal. Thanks

I don't think we disliked anything, really. The place is pretty cool. We have a 9 and an 11 year old. It was perfect as we were in the pool every day.

A brilliant place to stay for our biking trip…it had everything we needed in and out of the apartment. The sun deck and pool was superb and we made good use of the leisure room on an evening. 5 ✨

The only niggle for the first few days was the lack of hot water, so no hot showers. We put this down to the poor weather for the solar panels.

    Online information and the facilities

The room. It wasn’t the same what the pictures showed us.

Wonderful spa facilities and pool. Right next to the ski bus and supermarket. Lovely atmosphere in the whole property via piped music in the hallway. The prettiest ski room we've ever encountered.

The pool could have been a touch warmer but that's a tiny nit-pick. All of the staff interactions were via a chatbot. This worked out fine but may not be to everyone's taste.

The place was very clean and the quality of the fixtures and fittings was very good. Location was great in terms of getting into Saalbach or Hinterglem and there was a supermarket just across the road which was very helpful. Also the outside pool, entertainment and wellness areas were great.

The layout of the appartment (number 11) was as poor as I have ever experienced. Unnecessarily huge bedrooms and a tiny sitting cum kitchen area with no natural light and no view. We called it the dystopian bunker to give you a sense of what it was like. We are a family of 6 and this meant there was practically no place in the appartment to relax together. Everyone ended up just going to their bedrooms which did not lend itself to a family at all.

Nice spa and outdoor pool. Modern facilites overall. Good value. Great info web page.

Our apartment was more out-of-date than what we expected based on photos. You need bus or taxi to get around conveniently. One of the bathrooms was dirty when arriving and also one of the pillow cases. Too early check out without possibility for locked baggage storage. No forks in the appartment.

The place is easily accessible and you can see that it was recently renovated. I would say that the appartment has everything you need but it also doesnt exceed expectations. One thing that was exceptional was the infinity pool and the pool area. The Sauna was also very nice.

Since its an appartment without a host on-site, you miss the direct contact to your hosts. This resulted in: - we arrived a bit too early and didnt find anyone whom we could ask if we could put our stuff in the ski-depot, since it was open we did so only for someone to promtly arrive and send us out again. - in the evenings a random guy arrives and closes off the wellness facilities, probably a 3rd party service provider, you can see he doesnt care much about the guests' well-being, he just comes at 19:45 (sauna supposed to be open till 20:00), turns off the sauna and closes the pool even though we hadnt finished our wellness - when you want extra towels you need to whatsapp and then remind someone to come by and bring them, which resulted in the wrong towels being brought first... All in all not terrible but also not the most relaxing guest experience ever.
