We were travelling from the UK to Italy and this was a stopover. The studio was large, quiet, comfortable, clean and the host was very welcoming. The surroundings were out of this world., I felt like we were in the Sound of Misic.

Wow, what an amazing property!!! Village is so picturesque. Apartment itself is more than perfect - spacious, clean, comfortable and offers great views. Private parking is also available. Hosts are super kind and helpful. My retro cabriolet did not want to start - the host came immediately and offered help - super kind! In general it was a truly great experience and we highly recommend it! Absolute 10/10!!!

After a very long journey, we arrived to a very warm welcome. The property is very easy to find. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable with the most amazing views.

We had an amazing stay at Häus’l am Ruan! The accommodation is cozy, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean — a true home away from home. Our apartment had everything we needed and offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The location is perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet very close to the ski lifts, hiking trails, and the charming center of Berwang. It’s an ideal place both for winter and summer holidays. Our host was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help and make sure we felt comfortable. You can really see the love and care they put into making guests feel at ease. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Häus’l am Ruan to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable experience in the Austrian Alps. We hope to return soon!

This property was very nice with great views of the small town and the beautiful mountains. The place was clean and had its on parking. The property owners were very helpful. I would recommend bringing cash to pay if possible because there was some issues with the credit card reader but I was able to pay with my card. Took a little of time though. But other than that will come back to this place in a heart beat.

This property deserves nothing less than a 10 in rating. It was perfect. The apartment has a dreamy view and extremely well equipped. The cleanness was exceptional. They also had a lovely buffet, where we could take coffee and a small breakfast. There was also a small playground and grill. Everything was very thoughtful. My small kid lived it, we did as well!

The pictures can't do this place justice, such an incredible view right from you room and patio. Situated overlooking a beautiful quiet town that is just a couple of minutes drive from the main mountain pass. We booked it as an overnight while driving home, but will definitely be back to book this place for an extended stay. Host is very kind and rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Internet was a little weak but adequate.

What a great location! Super friendly owner. House and rooms are so well cared for it seems like brand new. So much to do I’m the area. Quiet area but in striking distance of so much.

Facilities were good. A microwave oven in the kitchen would be a good addition for quickly re-heating food or drink.

It is a great location overlooking a valley and the mountains covered with Alpine trees. Perfect for sitting out in the morning enjoying a hot cup of coffee or tea and enjoying the views. The host was friendly and helpful.

Kindness of the host and location of the house 🏡. beautiful view over Berwang. The host helped us with the snow chains we needed to get out from the village. Excellent service!
