We were travelling from the UK to Italy and this was a stopover. The studio was large, quiet, comfortable, clean and the host was very welcoming. The surroundings were out of this world., I felt like we were in the Sound of Misic.

Our stay was too short

The location, the owners, as well as the apartment was a great choice. We will definitely come back again…

everything here was exceptional. we had a very friendly welcome and were speachless by the amount of space, the comfort, the view. can't recommend enough

only advice, if you arrive late, make sure to bring your own food, since there is no place serving anything edible after 9pm in the area

Wow, what an amazing property!!! Village is so picturesque. Apartment itself is more than perfect - spacious, clean, comfortable and offers great views. Private parking is also available. Hosts are super kind and helpful. My retro cabriolet did not want to start - the host came immediately and offered help - super kind! In general it was a truly great experience and we highly recommend it! Absolute 10/10!!!

After a very long journey, we arrived to a very warm welcome. The property is very easy to find. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable with the most amazing views.

We had an amazing stay at Häus’l am Ruan! The accommodation is cozy, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean — a true home away from home. Our apartment had everything we needed and offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The location is perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet very close to the ski lifts, hiking trails, and the charming center of Berwang. It’s an ideal place both for winter and summer holidays. Our host was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help and make sure we felt comfortable. You can really see the love and care they put into making guests feel at ease. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Häus’l am Ruan to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable experience in the Austrian Alps. We hope to return soon!

Wonderful to get up and walk right into the most wonderful landscape

This property was very nice with great views of the small town and the beautiful mountains. The place was clean and had its on parking. The property owners were very helpful. I would recommend bringing cash to pay if possible because there was some issues with the credit card reader but I was able to pay with my card. Took a little of time though. But other than that will come back to this place in a heart beat.

This property deserves nothing less than a 10 in rating. It was perfect. The apartment has a dreamy view and extremely well equipped. The cleanness was exceptional. They also had a lovely buffet, where we could take coffee and a small breakfast. There was also a small playground and grill. Everything was very thoughtful. My small kid lived it, we did as well!

The location was fabulous. The views were amazing. The apartment was homely and very comfortable and at night it was so peaceful.

Bed sheets were a little scratchy.

The location is amazing, the beautiful ambience and places to hike are in abundance.

The internet is extremely slow and if you want to work then you should have your own data.
