Quiet rural place, staff very accomodating. Bicycles can be locked in the barn.

The bed was terrible. Almost fell apart, unless I am 75 kg, my wife is 50. The accomodation was faulty advertised, like mobile home, however it was an old and disappointing caravan. No hygiene, what so ever, everything was sticking due to 100 years old grease on everything. Never again.

It was just a room over the restaurant for the night when you have to sleep and are traveling

It was dusty on TV and on top of closet not so clean and after I booked I notice they hade a cat that was insidan even in the kitchen..

Caravan was very comfortable and excellent value for money. Great to have access to kitchen and bathroom in house. Meals available here too.

bit hard to find out of village but warm welcome on arrival

The location was very nice and silent, next to a golf field in Feldkirchen. There is a very good restaurant at the accomodation, we had a nice dinner there.

The bed linien could have been cleaner. There were some stains on my sheet and cover. The bed/matrace was too soft for me, but of course it depends on the person.

Well located, this property did offer secure bike storage and it was possible to make our own food and use the fridge which was helpful.

The description of an ‘apartment’ is not accurate. It was a basic room ( think cheap flat pack furniture) with 3 beds and a sofa The kitchen was shared with many others including staff I think, as there was lots of food stored in the fridge and also out on surfaces. Our private bathroom turned out to be shared with three chaps who were camping in the grounds and possibly staff too as the bathroom cupboards were full of other people’s things. If you Like cats and cat litter trays on the landing and a very communal style of living ( young people have different standards of what is acceptable in a kitchen!!!!) then it’s a very friendly place to stay.

The description of the property on booking.com does not match reality. It is not an apartment with a kitchen and a private bathroom in the room. It was a room with 3 beds with the toilet and bathroom out in the hall. The kitchen is shared with other guests. The listing also mentions a washing machine but this belongs to the house and is not really for guest use.

Nice quiet location with everything you need to feel at home.

Walking to Feldkirchen is doable but a little far.

There was a well equipped kitchen available, I made my meals by myself. The host offered not only full set of equipment, but also a big variety of cooking products (species, salt, sugar, tea, coffee....)

maybe a table in the room, but on the other side i used the one in the kitchen
