Our stay with Hermann was absolutely wonderful. He made us feel like we were visiting an old friend. The apartment itself is simply top-notch. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into making it such a nice and comfortable place. The surroundings are peaceful. Perfect for relaxing both mind and soul. We feel like we’ve discovered a hidden gem and will gladly return to Hermann’s when we are back in the region.

Owner was very nice and wanted to greet all guests with welcoming shots. Truly someone who puts their heart into making the stays special as possible for the guests. The room itself and the view to the old church and Grossglockner and other mountains were stunning. Maybe the best hotel/guesthouse/apartment etc. visit I've ever had!

This is a fabulous apartment with such an interesting history. Look no further and go here - you won't be disappointed! The host genuinely loves what he does - he gives a 5 star service. It is so tastefully decorated. My husband and I were there less than 5 minutes and we both said "Can we book it for another night?" Sadly it was fully booked for a while. Such attention to detail which I really appreciated. It is in a beautiful small town with amazing views. There are a few nice restaurants and a shop to get some groceries although the host kindly left a few supplies. His story is so interesting, it deserves a movie to be made out of it - so if there are any movie script writers out there, pay the host a visit - you won't regret it!

This accommodation truly deserves a 15 out of 10 – it far exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we stepped out of the car, we felt genuinely welcomed. The host is a very caring person who greeted us with a warm smile, some great local tips for exploring, and even a delicious homemade schnapps to start our stay on the right note. The apartment itself has absolutely everything you could possibly need for a more-than-comfortable stay. It’s spotless, thoughtfully equipped, and beautifully cozy – a perfect home away from home. And the views? Simply breathtaking! Like something straight off a postcard. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for such a memorable stay – this place is a true gem!

If you are looking for an example of "how it should be" then this is THE place to go !!! What an amazing experience to have the host (Hermann) meeting you right at your arrival and helping you out with your luggage. We stayed in many hotels worldwide and sadly enough most of the time it turns out to be a key box and you came and go... NOT here !! Furthermore everything one can hope for in an apartment and parking place in front !

Can't say. There really wasn't anything not to like.

We booked our accommodation just an hour in advance and the host Hermann was there promptly and introduced the house and also offered homemade drinks. Very friendly and nice welcome! The rooms are very cozy and beautiful, the balcony overlooks the Grossglockner mountain.

We had a great stay at Hieserhof on our way home from Italy. It was a perfect stop for our family before driving the Großglockner alpone road the next day. The appartement was modern and stylish with a great view of Heiligenblut and the valley. Our host greeted us personally making sure everything was in order and gave us good advice on local hikes and restaurants. We hope to come back to Heiligenblut and experience the area during winter.

The host welcomed us when we arrived. He took time to show us around. He also came with welcoming drinks (snaps). The apartment was just like in the pictures. The view from the apartment was great. You could see the Grossglockner from the bed and from the bathtub. Amazing!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The location of Hieserhof is perfect, it is easy to find and it is located on the edge of the village of Heiligenblut, with just a short walk to restaurants and local activities. There is free parking as well. Our apartment was very modern, immaculately clean, spacious and had every amenity. Herman, the host couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Nothing was a problem to him. He provided us with lots of information about hiking etc in the locality, We even got a gift on check in and a glass of Herman's own home brewed Schnapps which was lovely. It was a lovely surprise. We had occasion to lock ourselves out of our apartment, we called the number provided and Herman came to the rescue in minutes. Hieserhof is a great base from which to explore the surrounding area, we drove the Grossglockner from here, its also a lovely place to chill if you are not feeling so active. Our stay here was perfect and made even more special by the warm welcome we received from our host on arrival. I would definitely stay here again and I will recommend Hieserof to friends.

I can not tell anything what we dont like.

The location is excellent, it is like a wonder ! We had our breakfast on the terace. The surrounding montains are awesome. The apparmtent is 100% clean, new, really very convinient. The owner take care about our stay, and offer his help in any issue. A well eqiped grocery is 3 minutes walk for fresh bakery each day.
