Beautiful place, cozy swiming pool, kind and friendly owners (family hotel and restaurant). The room was very spacious and airy, tastefully and practically furnished. The garden behind the house and the garden surrounding the restaurant were some of the nicest spaces, where we had the opportunity to spend time and dine. We will be back soon :)

The way of breakfast buffet is quite specific, not always preffered by travellers.

THis facility is EXCELLENT!!! What a dream of a place to relax and vacation. Mother Nature provided rain for many days but we were comfortable, well taken are of and enjoyed the clean indoor pool and sauna. Gorgeous grounds, fantastic breakfast and afternoon "Kaffee und Kuchen" with delights backed by Margareta (the owner) herself. This is a family operated hotel and restaurant and we were truly spoiled. They all went above and beyond helping us (when our rental car would not start), catered to our needs for our 93 year old mother and were always kind, friendly and accommodating. The restaurant on the property called the Mostschenke im Heustadl and provides a five star Austrian experience in dining. The family has been on this property since the 1600's and have up-dated and built the hotel in the last ten - twelve years. The Mostschenke is the renovated cattle barn and it a delightful venue for dining. The Hotel is clean, bright and the two bedroom chalet suite is a dream for a family vacation. In the upstairs bedroom it would be perfect to have some drawers and a armoir. Also the bathroom glass might be better to be frosted to provide some privacy. These are suggestions to make it more comfortable and not complaints.

Great breakfast, great room, great staff, great swimming pool, great garden, great restaurant close to the hotel, friendly cats etc. - all these factors made our stay fantastic... Thank you!

a good hotel in a beautiful garden, with an indoor pool. The rooms lacks character but the attached restaurant is worth visiting ( But you need to be very patient !). You are very close to Traunsee, go by car and visit the lake and chapel.

The owner is not very flexible. The TV in the room has absolutely no English speaking channel.

they should have a breakfast menu, owner was asking everyone how to prepare eggs for them. it was little bit confusing and once they completely forgot to do it for one of us

Everything was wonderfull, nearby restaurant offers good menu for dinners and also playground for children / swimming pool + both types of sauna / nice views from balkoons / nice garden with plants and places for seats

The lake was little bit distanced, around 15 minutes by walk
