I didn’t like that you are sent a link to pay after you book instead of the hotel going through booking.com to be safe like other hotels. There was a hack into their system about a month or two after I paid. This message sent another link to pay again through booking.com but this one was a scam (not the hotel). I wrote the hotel and asked why I was being asked to pay again and was told not to do this link. Since the hotel requires you to pay with a link (if paying now instead of later) this causes issues. I suggest this is changed.

Appreciated making the most of a small space, but the shower was a bit tight and leaked water a couple of times. The staff were great and saw to it immediately without any questions.

This hotel ruined the rest of our experiences at other hotels for the rest of the trip. Although I had good expectations, this hotel exceeded it. It was right by public transport and the staff really made the difference from the moment we checked in (Markus was great!) to the amazing daily breakfast, we really enjoyed every moment. I would go to Vienna just to stay here again!

Great location and a very comfortable stay. Beds were wonderful! Well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stored our bags for us until check in which was helpful. Good security. We didn’t get to sample the breakfast but some nice touches with a private cinema, coffee and snacks etc.

Room was located on a lower floor next to a garden floor - needed to keep curtains shut all day otherwise people could look into our room. Also breakfast was served in a room with no windows (the small room with windows was reserved to families and large groups.

Centrally located and very close to many attractions, restaurants and bars. However, the hotel is located on a quiet street so you can also enjoy a good night sleep Nice breakfast

The location is excellent, in city center and close to many restaurant, cafes and shopping. My room was big and quiet. It included private shower and toilet and a wash basin directly in the room, all very clean. Bed was comfy and wifi was very good. AC worked perfectly. Mini bar was also available. Breakfast has a menu prepared for each guest. It was not very convenient for me. Buffet breakfast looks more comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful and always available. I had a comfortable stay and recommend the hotel most for solo travelers or short stay.

This property was outstanding. No negative comments.

This was the best accomodation we had in our time in Europe. Staff were exceptional, the breakfast was amazing. Rooms was large, bathroom had a bath, there was a private cinema that we booked more than once. It had a very personal, luxe feel but without any pretentiousness and without a hefty price tag. We will definitely be recommending to all.

The reception is on the 2nd floor, and there is no place for hotel parking or stopping. We came with a lot of luggage, so our arrival was a bit clunky, but the staff helped us with it.

Location is excellent, in the center of Vienna's old town. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is not big but great for a family of four, and there is air conditioning, which is a must during summer.

Air conditioner didn’t work well in our room. Unfortunately there was not enough time to fix it as we were only there 3 nights.

The location was excellent. Breakfast and the free lunch/snack provided were delicious. Room was spacious, clean and hotel staff was very responsive. Loved the toiletries provided.

Staff were really friendly and a special shout out to Marcus who went out of his way to help up and it was a pleasure chatting with him. When I was there Vienna was ~30 degrees celsius, and even on lowest temp + max power, the AC could only get the room over night to what felt like 22-23, so somewhat compromised sleep. Staff mentioned they are working to improve the AC situation
