The hotel is conveniently located near the train and bus stations, offering really affordable prices. The staff will clean the rooms daily at 10 AM. Remember to label your food, or else it will be thrown away per policy.

The place was pretty cool. The room was amazing. Also the kitchen and bathrooms were nice.

The bed was very comfortable , the bathroom and shower were really amazing clean.. the kitchen was always kept clean . we really had great time staying at your facility. I will book it whenever i travel to vienna

The location, the accommodations at the place. The whole thing was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Maybe the main trash can emptying frequency or put in more trash cans, because when there were a lot of people, it would overflow really quickly. Otherwise no complaints.

I was please with the room and the bed was very comfortable. This area of the city has everything you need within 3 blocks. Pictures are accurate. I think it's good value.

My room was on the first floor and faced an intersection. The windows provide almost no sound insulation so when people were outside my window it sounded like they were inside my room. The first night i was there this spooked me. The area is fairly quiet at night until someone passes by having a conversation and it startled me awake. I got used to it though. My second issue is the bathrooms. For some reason all the guests kept the bathrooms closed with the fan off. I understand conserving electricity but this means the bathrooms stay wet and smelly until the maids come in the afternoon. It also makes it hard to tell which bathroom is being used. Host should encourage people to leave the doors cracked with the fans running during the day. It's a breeding ground for mold and bacteria. Otherwise the place was nice and tidy though so it didn't ruin my stay. Just odd that everyone seemed to agree the bathroom should be all wet and muggy

I love everything in this place! It is 2mins from the train station and Soar grocery. There is also a grocery right across the accomodation. There are plenty of restaurants to eat. The bed is comfortable. Slept so good. The bathrooms are fresh, there are total of 4 facilities and there is always one available when needed. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal and eat. There are 2 fridges that you can use to keep your meals. Make it sure to write the name of your room on your meals otherwise it will be disposed. Overall this is a place that I will definitely go back.

the walls are very thin and it was very hard to sleep, because I could hear the ticking sound of the stop light on the corner of the street outside ticking all night, cars passing and people being loud, and whatever the other people in the rooms did could be heard clearly at night.

I like the kitchen, clean & can cook. Toilet is good & the room too. I am contented.

Some pillows need to be fresh.

It was extremely clean, modern, but still had a charme. The cooking facilities were really good. It was only 4 or 5 stations to centre.

I was here in July and it was very hot in the rooms. The windows give to the pavement and so obviously you couldn’t sleep with an open window. They placed the bed near the window and this isn’t the best idea. When someone passes the window outside and talks, you hear in and will awake. I would place the bed more in direction to the door.

Great location 😃 The room is small but very comfy and private. I liked it very much. Clean facilities equipped with all the necessary toiletries. I am very satisfied with my stay here. The stuff is very helpful and kind.

I missed the air conditioning. Even though I've opened the window (noisy transportation on the street).

Everything was great.
