There was a smell in the room like someone was smoking inside, and it was hard to get rid of this smell even with open windows. Also there is no lobby or any other place where you could spend some time, other than in the room.

Limited flexibility for early or late luggage drop-off. No real storage, staff was helpful to store luggage a bit longer in the room. Not perfect if you have an early arrival or late departure.

Just a suggestion but a stool in the room so you can easily open the window for fresh air. Wifi was a little patchy at times and there was noise from other rooms but that's to be expected.

Great property to stay at when visiting Vienna. Location was excellent, you can walk to city centre easily or a couple of mins walk to 2 subway lines and a major shopping street with supermarkets. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and a dishwasher but missing a dish cloth. Everything felt new and clean, bed comfortable, lots of power points, a fan in the room and a great price to have your own space.

The only part I didn’t like was that my room was at the deep end of the corridor and made me slightly anxious.

Very clean, exceptional location next to a bustling centre and yet very quiet. Even though it’s a shared facility, didn’t have to wait for anything. Very high value for the tariff charged.

No ac or fan in room. it got quite hot, adding a fan would be great. Also basic cleaning supplies in the kitchen would be wonderful, sponges for dishes, and. paper towels.

For me, it was a little too loud because of the street, but I don’t live in the city center, so I’m not used to it.

Stay in Home1 was very comfortable. It’s in a very good location. You can literally walk to many of Vienna’s attractions because they are not far. There are also two subway lines nearby, so it’s easy to get anywhere. The room and bathrooms were clean. There is also a shared kitchen where you can prepare some food and make coffee if you have capsules. The bathrooms are shared, but you don’t have to worry about waiting, because there are several toilets and showers.

Room were dusty. There were no enough light in the room. There were no wardrobe for closets, it is really bad. Sheets was not clean, there were some stain on it. You can not give your luggage when you check out.

Location was fine, I could walk to the touristic places by walk around 20-30 minutes. Bathrooms were clean. Check-in was very easy and instructions were clear. Kitchen was clean and everything provided.

The room was a bit dirty in a corner when I arrived, as if a bit of plaster had fallen from the exposed bricks ceiling Unfortunately there was an initial problem with the rooms and I had been given the code of a room already occupied, and also one morning the light went out in my room having said that, the agency that follows the structure was always extremely courteous and in every situation they resolved everything and made sure that my stay was really pleasant

The stucture is new or recently renovated structure and they did a very good good! Very nice room with exposed brickwork details, simple but very comfortable. There are many bathrooms and I never had to wait to use the toilet or take a shower Very nice location and 5 minutes from the U3

dust and small pieces of the ceilling were falling on the bed all the time. I thought at first those were crumbles ) The floor in the room was full of sand, crumbles.... I had a feeling it wasn't cleaned.

The bedroom got hot easily.

The bathrooms are clean and the showers were luxurious! The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies. I only missed some cooking utensils like a chopping board and a spatula.

If you're going to the city centre, you always have to climb a few stairs, which might be a problem for older or disabled people, everything else was amazing!

The place was really nice, cozy and had everything I needed. Enough bathrooms for all guests, useful kitchen, everything was clean. Close to a big shopping area and lots of coffee places nearby. Also loved the value for money, will be coming back! Thanks for having me:)

We were 2 friends thought if you have a room for 2 we will fit into the bed. But bed was maybe just for 2 kids. Too narrow, not like on the picture. No ventilation and a very tiny window

There were three large (like the size of an adult's palm) moldy areas in the room. I requested a change for the rooms, which was not an option and the staff offered that they will take care of it after we checked out. I am disappointed how they treated this issue.

Location was good, close to the city centre. Common places like kitchen and bathroom are nicely renovated.
