Air conditioning doesn't come on until you put the keycard in the wall so the room was boiling when I went in. The bathroom is weirdly split into two rooms so you have to walk from the toilet to a different room to wash up. There was also no "do not disturb" sign in my room and the safe was too small for a laptop.

We didn’t find information earlier that one of the bed is water bed which wasn’t to our liking and also we thought we will have more privacy in the house but our lovely host were quite often in the premises, they are very nice people but still we couldn’t feel full privacy.

I can recommend Villa, it’s beautiful with amazing view, there is also lots of electronic in the house, nice speakers, Alexa, air condition in every room. Kitchen is very well equipped, you can find everything in there. Swimming pool area is exceptional.

I didn't like to pay for parking but unfortunately this is common in Graz.

Hotel's location is close to the station. Hotel has a parking area with 2 charging lots. I used my travel card to charge my car but parking is 15 euros. Overall building seems old but hotel is well maintained. Room was spacious and nicely designed. you don't feel the building is old when you enter the room or enter the hotel itself. Good price/performance ratio.

The hotel is around 30 min walking distance from the center, so this makes it hard to go back to the hotel for a quick rest during the day. Additionally, we had to park our car 10 min further away.

The bed was very good, the room was quiet and the staff was very friendly.

There were some dirty spots in the bathroom area I had to clean.

The location was perfect, right near the train station. Very efficient room, great use of space. Great breakfast which does cost extra, not such a great value unless you intend to eat a lot. We had a room with a balcony, great spot at the end of the day to have a beer.

Second floor smells like cold cigarette smoke, sometimes you smell some of it in the room. Hope other floors are better

A nice hotel next to the central railway station, a very nice breakfast. Be mindful of very strange room fit out: one door either closing the toilet or the bathroom, pretty ordinary beds.

The design of the room we were in could sometimes be a little odd.

It's well located, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good with lots of options. The rooms were clean and, given the location, extremely quiet.

Perfect location, really good breakfast, friendly staff, and the room was quite quiet. It's good that there's air conditioning, because the ivy is teeming with bees. Remember to protect the bees by keeping the windows closed, letting them gather nectar. A major renovation will be needed in a few years at the latest...

Design of the toilet / shower area a bit strange with a sliding door. Having the wash basin outside on the carpet also leads to a damp smell in the room. While the hotel is ultra convenient / close to the train station it is a distance from the city centre.

Proximity to the train station is ultra convenient. Particularly when we had an early train out. The hotel itself has a very cool modern vibe. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Would recommend if you’re looking for something modern and close to the station.

Carpet in corridor could have been cleaner. Thicker curtains would be good, the sun woke me up at 5:30 am.
