Breakfast was quite poor, no hot food and the selection could more various. Not bad, in general, but there is some space to improve.

Occasionally, I had to use my walking stick, and I found the steps awkward. Unfortunately, this hotel isn't ideal for wheelchair users.

The staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed our breakfasts very much. Excellent and comfortable rooms.

The hotel is in excellent condition, the staff is very hospitable and helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal if you want to explore Vienna by metro, the metro station is literally 3 minutes from the hotel.

Our room didn’t have block out curtains, only privacy ones. Nevertheless there are other rooms available on higher floors with exterior roller shutters

Convenient location at the end of the U4 train line to reach Vienna Central in just over 10 minutes Wonderful helpful Ladies at the reception and at the restaurant for the morning breakfast. Very accessible and practical on site car park.

Very nice hotel, close to subway station and other public transports. The room was well equipped, with AC and even fridge, which is hard to find in Vienna as I could notice. As the hotel it’s close to a train station, they even have double windows to protect from the noise. The breakfast was also very qualitative. The hotel also offers free parking which is a huge plus. The staff was very nice to allow my parents to let their car in the parking space the next day as well after the checkout, while they went to visit the city center. 😊

Wifi service is not stable making watching TV impossible, due to constant disruption/lack of WLAN connection. A little far from City center.

Clean and very quiet despite the Railroad station right across the street. Full breakfast buffet including fresh fruit selection and prepared Joghurt dishes. Hotel providing parking or parking fees if necessary.

This hotel is wonderful. Before retiring I averaged 250 nights a year in hotels between work and vacations. I rarely saw hotels this clean and well maintained at any price point. Ingrid and her staff really care about their guests comfort and it shows. The breakfast room is large, plenty of tables and chairs even during the busiest part of the morning. The rooms are very comfortable and there’s plenty of hot water! There’s free WiFi and a nice TV to help pass the time. There’s a good sized parking lot on the property and plenty of free, on street parking if you prefer. There’s even a Wurst Stand right across the street if you crave some spicy sausage. All in all it’s a great place to stay, kind of a blast from the past when the Inn Keeper actually lived on site and took pride in their property. We loved it!!

Everything is perfectly clean. Staff is very friendly and dedicated, Breakfast provides a decent variety and the staff is very efficient to refill everything quickly. The hotel building is not new, but it is very well maintained. Hotel parking was full, but the hotel provided a parking card, so we were able to park at the street. Hotel is located very close to the metro and train station and thanks to excellent Vienna public transportation system, it is easy to reach basically anything in the city.

An old charm of a hotel. Located in a quiet neighborhood but a 2 minutes walk from the metro station. Best thing about the hotel are the staff! They make you feel very comfortable and at home. Always ready to help with a smile.
