There was no actual shower, just a bathtub with a curtain—showering was not a relaxing experience, and there was water on the floor everytime. The pillows were very flat. The towels were very thin and scratchy.

The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful, smiley and professional. The hotel itself is very charming and elegant in an old-timey, romantic way. Great breakfast selection for everyone who loves protein and fruit for breakfast.

I only had one discomfort - the Aircon in our suite was in the lounge area and so it did not reach the bedroom.

The Concierge went above and beyond to make us welcome and to ensure that everything was taken care of during our stay, even going as far as arran ginghams to have our bags picked up from the airport as they did not arrive until two later. Anastasia the hostess also deserves a mention for her care and attention.

Only negative was having to park in a garage a few blocks from the hotel. Valet parking charge of $60/day, which we didn't use, is a bit excessive!

We had a room with a balcony that provided an excellent view of the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They very well may have one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever had!!

The hotel is located in the city center, near the river. The central railway station is within walking distance from the hotel. The hosts were very kind. The breakfast was exceptional at any taste.

Room and breakfast were outstanding and when a problem arose with arranging transport because of the marathon and inclement weather, the staff were wonderful with the concierge coming with us in the rain to help with the suitcases to find our taxi.

Parking a little expensive, two options valet 60 euro per night, or self park 38 euro per night in public secure car park. Best use public transport since you don't need a car in the City.

Lovely hotel, right in the middle of Salzburgs Old Town, in fact right across from one of Mozarts residences. Room very comfortable, well air conditioned, staff helpful and friendly. Bar, Restaurant and Breakfast area all excellent.

If I had to say one, it would be the pillows - quite thin but didn’t matter too much

Perfect location for exploring. As a solo traveller a single room can sometimes be very basic but a single room here was absolutely perfect. Cannot recommend it enough, room was spacious, bathroom relaxing after a day exploring, welcome basket an unexpected treat. It felt like a miniature suite for 1 💕 The buffet breakfast in the morning had so much choice and was a perfect start to the day. The bar area was also a welcoming place to sit and relax without feeling out of place being on your own.
