Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CyprusThe room was smaller than expected and also quite old in some places (e.g. the bathroom door). Cleaning of the room: we never got a refill of coffee sachets and stuff like cotton buds so had to go to the reception. The View club is used not only by hotel guests but also by people from outside and very often they book the sun beds. Even staying in the hotel does not help you and if you want the sun bed to be guaranteed you need to pay extra 30 euro per person per day. But if you don't get to the beds you still have a lot of chairs, beds inside, one floor higher, etc.
This is a beautiful hotel in Wals (right next to Salzburg). The hotel has a romantic atmosphere, sometimes you know you are in Europe but sometimes you feel you are somewhere in Thailand or similar. There are 3 swimming pools (1 outside in the garden area, 1 inside in the spa area and 1 at 3rd floor with the heated water, mountain view and chill music.) Nice breakfast, good choice of fruits, fish and meat, cheeses. A comfy bed (they provide you with 2 separate blankets). You can take a bicycle and ride it around the area (we went for a swim to the nearest lake). The pool at 3rd floor (View Club) is awesome.

IsraelI’m a solo traveller, and when I arrived on Wednesday, all the facilities were empty, I saw maybe one couple near one of the pools. I expected the place to be more lively. I think it gets more lively on Thursday evening, and especially Friday and Saturday. Also, most guests arrive with a car, so that they can easily travel to the city etc.
Everything was Perfect! The staff was helpful, especially the girl from the view club bar :)
