The room lacked an adequate trash can and refrigerator. The refrigerator only hosted items for purchase leaving very little room for food. Other than that, the room was great.

The staff were very attentive and the room was very clean and stunning. The location was perfect for travelling around the city and the dining area is very nice.

Beautifully decorated and appointed. Lovely building, sympathetically restored. Great attention to detail in the room. Roof bar was great atmosphere and amazing views. Really conveniently located close to the underground - and top breakfast at Motto Brot. Thanks so much - we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location. It’s on Mariahilfer street (pedestrian zone with lots of shops). It’s 10 minute walk to the market (interesting food there) or you can take the subway to the city center (3 stops). Subway entrance is a cross the street. We strolled down the Mariahilfer street to downtown (cathedral) and came back by subway. Hotel has its own bakery with really good coffee (I’m a coffee fan). The bakery has a terrace on the Mariahilfer street. We finished the day in a hotel’s rooftop bar. If coming by car, a garage entrance (with lift) is across the street.

We experienced very poor customer service from the Restaurant nightshift staff. We waited almost 2 hours for our supper, they went to the incorrect room number.

It was a shame to find some spots in the linens and towels, but still acceptable. Equipping more plugs in a room would be helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in such a modern and lovely room with all what you need. The location is great to access the city centre and the room is big enough to spend the time comfortably for work. Plus friendly and helpful staff!

The gym, sauna and steam room is small (the steam room only fits 1 or a couple), we were hoping for more of a spa experience. That said, it was the perfect end to a day of sightseeing and no one else came in while we were there.

Super stylish, modern and contemporary furnishings. Kooky. Great breakfast and roof terrace. Staff were great, especially the night manager who was full of energy and passion for Vienna, despite our time of night of arrival.

The location of the hotel is very central and the metro station is just around the corner. Very convenient for sightseeing. The bed and the shower are all very comfortable. Breakfast on the 7th floor was also surprisingly good! Will definitely choose this hotel if I come again to Vienna.

The room was very small but I knew that when I booked it and it was only for two nights.

This was a nicely designed, comfortable hotel in a good location. We arrived just after 7am after a long flight and catching the train from the airport and our room was ready, HUGE bonus! Sandra on reception was so friendly and helpful as was the other young woman who checked us out, lovely.

It’s pretty far from the center (30 min walk in real life) and the area is a bit scary at night. We didn’t feel comfortable when we were arriving at night back at the hotel. We wouldn’t stay here again because of the location which is a pity because the hotel is really nice

It’s new, we liked the design, it’s cozy. They really paid great attention to the details when they made this hotel. The staff in the hotel is very nice, but unfortunately at the rooftop restaurant, they don’t have a nice attitude, from the manager to the waiters. The only nice waiter there was the asian lady who was extremely nice, but other than her, all the men were super rude.

Lovely comfortable and sizeable room including to relax in if needed. Staff were great and G&T on arrival very nice treat. Lovely old building but with good facilities including lovely rooftop bar.
