If you cannot sleep with noise, than it's a deal breaker. The acoustic isolation to the interior and exterior of the building is bad. My room was facing the street, so until 2-3am it was possible to listen (even with closed windows) the people laughing and having a good time. It was also possible to hear every person that entered the hostel, due to talking and doors banging.

Good location - relatively close to the main central station (around 2km away)- and at a walking distance to the city center and the river. Is close to supermarket (Lidl), McDonald's, and asian food restaurants and bars. The self check in and check out worked perfectly - I did them online - and the room was tidy and had a very comfortable bed (very soft mattress). TV, wifi, towels, hairdryer all working good

The check-in process was awful, it is at a machine at the entrance that at first they did not find our reservation because we did not understand what booking number they were asking for, then the card generator did not work. After 20 minutes we called and they gave ud the codes to enter the hotel and the room. They should keep everything just at codes.

The location is great, in the old city, close to the main square and attraction, restaurants and cafes. Everything was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were too soft. Good price to quality ratio.

Poor security on front entrance. Poor sound insulation but ok at night. Decor. Not to my taste but more restrained than expected. Lift stops half way between floors.

Close to tram stop. Simple journey from Main railway station. Close to interesting parts of old town.

Way too expensive for that quality, Staff came into the room at 8 to clean while I was still sleeping even though checkout is at 11 (got out when they saw me and tried again at 9 while i was still sleeping), Had a hair on my pillow??? and the toilet paper holder was broken so the roll literally just sat on top of it

Room entry keypad was very awkward at times with digits pressed but not always recognised leading to numerous frustrating attempts. Bathroom lighting not bright and broken tissue dispenser. Bath very slippery, fell and banged elbow and back of head, very lucky not to have been a lot worse, recommend providing a non-slip mat. No desk, table very small and not of any great use.

The offer said that there should be a kitchen and there was not. All facilities were quite old.

When we had a problem with our booking, the stuff was trying to get more money on our troubles than to solve it in kind way. Booking intervened then and it was ok after all.

Underfloor heating in bathroom too much for comfort sleeping, had to open windows before settling down. Others may have been more appreciative! No tea/coffee facilities in room, but coffee shops close by for breakfast, so no complaints.

Our first experience of self check-in and we were a little nervous about it. However, everything worked according to information given (we installed the app) and we'd do it again. Room and beds comfortable and clean, shower/toilet facility very good. Location just right for trains and trams, and walking to many of the historical/cultural places of interest. (Breakfast not on offer, which was clear when booking)

The pictures at booking did not represent the exact room. The walls are filthy and there wasn’t any glass to drink water or medicine from.

Location is perfect, in the city center and self check in is easy. It was really warm inside the room.

its a bit complicated with the check in machine because we tried to pay but it didn’t work but glad they informed us via whatsapp about the check in and thats way easier. also the fending machine (we wanted to buy a pepsi but turns out we got coke from the machine

We arrived in the hotel to store our luggages, some of luggage stores didnt work. Others have been already taken, so we couldnt store. The bed is not comfortable at all. We stayed for 3 days, every night there was loud noise in the hall. We couldnt sleep and have rest. The hotel would be a nice choice for one day stay. But overall, considering location and price, it is reasonable.

I couldn’t turn down the heating, meaning I had to leave the window slightly open. There was a bar on the road opposite with people chatting to 2 in the morning. The flush of the toilet needs looking at and I couldn’t turn off the light in the bathroom

Location, price and character of the building are superb. I had a single room which was ok. Could find the switch to turn off the bathroom light . The room are entered by tapping in a code on the outside of the door- which in my case - room 202- was difficult as it was poorly lit.the small toilet flush wasn’t working. But the price and location were superb

The hairdryer wasn’t working. And maybe should have colorful towels as me and my friend both had colored hair and we couldn’t use the white towels for drying out hair. But luckily we packed our own towels for that.
