The hotel is located in the central part of the town, beautiful Mountain View if you choose a room with a view or balcony, clean room and for additional fee you can take your dog which is great, friendly staff.

Just a small note, the room doesn’t have a fridge in case you plan to take your beverages or snacks, on the booking site it says spa access but there’s no spa only a sauna on demand in summer season, it’s worth to check their website for more information. What we did not like was the sound isolation form the outside, for two nights of our stay they had folk concerts exactly down our hotel, one day it started 14 to 23, another 16 to 22 and starting 22 to 23:30 or so they were cleaning up, taking out the benches away which was super loud as well. The music was invasive, extremely loud and if you had a tiring day hiking in the nature and wanted to have an early rest it was simply not possible, with the sound you couldn’t even read a book in peace. Average breakfast, no fresh bread (in my opinion what they offered was defreezed), no fruits (only fruit salad).

A really beautiful hotel, the staff was really awesome, the atmosphere was really cosy and for us everything was perfect.

A cosy hotel in the down town of the Filzmoos, very good equipped with amazing and friendly but professional staff who provide you the cart of the restaurant on your name and a lovely message. You have the opportunity to start your day with an incredible breakfast and finish your day with a sauna seance in a quiet and nice wellness.

Not so many choices in the restaurant for dinner, but all their products are very good quality.

Nice 'boutique' hotel right in the village centre with pleasant staff. Room was a junior suite which was comfortable. No restaurant although breakfast buffet was very good. Easy to get to the gondola lift which was free as was the bus service with guest cards provided by hotel.

Despite booking a junior suite, we were given an 'upgrade'. Not quite sure what that meant as we had nothing to compare it with. However, our view was of the hotel opposite with others looking in at us from their/our balconies. Coffee machine capsules were only supplied on the first day and not replenished as was the water, which was basically tap water. No fridge and no safe which was also disappointing considering the 4-star rating.

It’s a beautiful hotel right in the center of this little village. The room was beautiful and comfy with great view and a large balcony. Breakfast was great! Staff is friendly.

Parking is a bit far from the hotel.

The staff was kind and welcoming, and the room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with handwritten notes to greet our family. Every detail felt personal, even at breakfast, where our family name was written on the table. We travelled with our dog and at the room there were also pet supplies waiting for us. We truly felt taken care of and appreciated the warm atmosphere throughout our stay.

The hotel is beautiful and the town even more. We loved the little touched through the hotel with water at the entrance and stocked sauna with towels and snacks. Our room had a terrace and overlooked the street which was lovely. We sat out there and watched the horses go by with a mountain view. Staff were lovely.

A bit difficult to find anybody there in the afternoon. Sauna was on one evening and the other it was off which was a shame. Parking is up the road in one of the side roads and was difficult to find but we managed.

The hotel room felt like an apartment - spacious and very comfortable. The view from the room was great. The breakfast was exceptional, staff was super friendly and helpful. The village where the hotel is located in is between mountains with great views. Free public transport and cable car tour was included.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and very clean and comfortable. I wish we could find more of this in our travels across Europe! The breakfast was also vey good! Would stay here everytime we went away if they were in every city we were in! They did speak amazing Eniglish which is always helful although not expected. Parking was close and free even though it was not located on property this was not a problem for us.

Staff was super friendly. They even provided a vegan breakfast on the fly (we forgot to mention it in the booking)

Fantastic location. The view from the balcony was priceless. The staff was very friendly and superbly accommodating, making our stay truly pleasurable.
