When we had problems with parking garage and entrance due to the digitalized system, the lady where reception sits was just staring at us! She said she couldn’t help. Same with parking garage, it took us a while to find a hotel staff to help us get out without double paying for the garage.

it was neat I guess and cozy in general. Good electronics.

We booked a double bed and a single bed for a 3 year old, but the child bed was a bunk bed for children above 12 years old only, so we ended up all sleeping in the double bed, which was quite uncomfortable.

Room had transparent bathroom door which should be changed. Had to pay for parking, when we stayed in IBIS-salzburg it was free parking.

I got a mail with a form advance to give information on all us guests, but then I had to fill it in again upon arriving. Annoying.

Air con was not really cool. It was an exceptionally hot weekend. Room place probably inflated for F1 weekend (which I was there for).

Good location. Easily walk able to main station, or a short bus ride. Very helpful staff! I missed my flight connection and staff constantly updated me yo ensure my room would be available, and how to get in (there is a code system out of hours).

This is really a "budget" hotel. We got a tiny room that was supposed to be for a couple + kid. The airco didn't work properly, made noise but no cooling at all. Only one towel for drying hands and showering and only one soap. Not even a glass in case you would like to drink water from the tap. The shower pipe was losing water and the shower blocked after 5min usage. I didn't feel like they cared so much about the status of things.

Good location, 10-15 min from the city center. There are a nice square and some streets nearby with many bars and restaurants. Convenient parking in the same building for 12 eur/day (although no charging stations for electrical cars). The Spanish receptionist was really kind and gave recommendations about restaurants in walking distance. There is a vending machine but it only works with coins.

The AC was old and hardly working. The water in the shower was not consistent. Bed was not very comfortable, I would wake up every time my partnered moved. The room is very small but that is expected in Ibis budget hotel. Breakfast was quite sad - no hot food, just ingredients for sandwiches in general and some cereal.

It’s in a great location, the people who work there are really nice and helpful.

Next to student housing, usually very loud going by reviews, but for a Monday night it was not an issue. Shower was mild temperture and had little power. Shower is in an open space to bedroom, more ideal for solo travellers or romantic couples

Location was very central, good access to public transport, walking distance to everywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is next to student housing and can be very noisy. I stayed 1 night during a weekday, so it wasn't too bad. Hotel staff still offerred to move me to a room on the other side of building which was nice. Ideal for a day or two, bed and room is comfortable.

Good location, close to the city center. Wonderful square with bar and restaurants close to the hotel. Parking garage in the same building.

You can tell it’s cheap but that’s in the name so I can’t complain as I got my moneys worth.

Had a nice stay, comfortable bed and decent facilities.

Parking expencive. My room for 1 person was 60euro, my friends-2 people paid 63euro. No logic. Booking.com offers me a breakfast for 11euro, yet it is a free breakfast.

Convenient location for walking into town. Clean. Comfortable for the small size of the room. Some confusion over Mcycle parking in basement car Park. We'd had msgs that on site mcycle parking in underground car was ok at cost but on arrival reception thought this was a no, no. Luckily we were able to park in car park after pointing out that this was part of the reason for making this booking.
