We visit Vienna once a year (a family of 2+2) and stay at the same hotel every year. That's probably the best recommendation :) It's great that you fixed the bathroom door issues and cleaned the air conditioning :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and met all our needs. The bar is open until late. The location is great and close to several bars, food stands, a small grocery store and close to the train station with a tram/bus stop right across the road.

I liked everything. The hotel was clean, very good location. It was around night establishments like restaurants and food stands so we were not afraid to go back to the hotel at night. A good spot for transportation as it is near train, trams and bus stops. The room was of good size for a budget hotel that it contains all of what you need. The staff were accomodating, especially Hani Ayadi. He was able to accommodate a lot of our requests and maintained an accommodating atmosphere.

There was absolutely nothing to criticise about the hotel everything was perfect.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with a tram right in front that takes you anywhere in the city. It was also spotlessly clean and very comfortable definitely a place you can choose with confidence. The staff were incredibly sweet, warm, and always smiling. My friend and I were even surprised at how we could stay in such a comfortable and lovely hotel for this price. Thank you to the Vienna Ibis family!

This was our second stay here and we were prepared for the lack of a fridge in the room)) Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, very clean hotel with excellent soundproofing of the rooms. Beds are comfortable, excellent varied breakfasts. Nearby are two metro stations and a tram stop, a supermarket and a pharmacy - the location is very convenient. Excellent parking for only 7 euros per day, 5 minutes walk away. This is truly one of the best options in Vienna in terms of price-quality ratio. Next time we come to Vienna, we will definitely stay here again.

The room was quite small and the fact that the sink area was not closed off with a door and was just open was slightly uncomfortable.

Wonderful location and very comfortable place for a couple coming to Vienna for a short trip. Breakfast was incredible and the coffee machine accessible 24/7 was brilliant. The beds were so comfy!! The fact that public transport was right on the doorstep of this accommodation made everything so easy to travel and explore.

The room felt a bit small and didn’t have a nice view, so we ended up keeping the curtains closed most of the time. Also, the soundproofing could be improved. we could hear noise of water draining in the toilet from the neighboring room. These sounds were quite noticeable, especially at night.

the room was very clean and the location was close to public transportation. Although the hotel is near a busy street, the noise from outside was minimal and didn’t really disturb us.

We suddenly needed accommodation in Vienna, I made a reservation literally around midnight. We arrived at the hotel, very friendly staff. Within 5 minutes we were in the room. The room is clean, comfortable and really well decorated. I would definitely recommend it.

Roadworks that started in the middle of the night = not blaming the hotel. The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, it started buzzing even when switched off.

Close to tram station to explore the city center. The guy at reception desk spoke fluently in 3 languages (DE, EN, FR) and was really nice to us. Breakfasts were tasteful, real orange juice was a surprise :)

Everything was perfect, except for the toilets. Very bad experience. You are separated by a glass window, half of which is transparent. No soundproofing. Basically, to go to the toilet, the others have to be out of the room, otherwise you can hear everything. The sink is without a door. You blow your nose in front of the others! ☹️
