In the rooms no have phone to call reception in case of emergency or smg. Also no have any kettle in the rooms to drink coffee or tea. U need to go down always reception to take hot water and sometimes only 1 staff in reception and they re busy u need tl wait 5-10 mins to take 1 cup of hot water.

The beds were very comfy, breakfast was exceptional, location is around 8 mins walk from metro station.

That the shower is very open it's like no privacy when showering.

Easy access to the metro station, tram and amusement center. 20-30 minutes walk to the center. I like the staff, they are very accommodating and helpful. I love when one of the receptionist recommended us to use their own umbrella when it was raining outside 🥰highly recommended.

Great connection with U1 metro line and trams at Praterstern and right next to the Prater park! The staff were super friendly and helpful!

The parking is only suitable for super small cars. Entrance extremely narrow, and we didn't get any help getting in or out from the staff.

Location is great, walkable to the city center. They have good variety of brekfast options and a 24/7 open bar. The staff was polite. Also they have a parking.

The manager warned me regarding the underground parking - very steep tight spiral where a lot of people are scratching their cars. Went down okay, on my exit I scratched my left bumper.. I was and I still am so annoyed about this. I wouldn't recommend parking there unless you have a small hatchback like a Citroen C3 or something in that range. The whole wall was messed up..it seems like most people are getting their cars messed up there.

The man (grey hair) that checked us in was very unfriendly and was very slow, think he was trying to delay check in as one of our rooms wasn't ready. There was no fridge in the room.

The bed was very comfy and great shower and toiletries. Most of the staff were really pleasant.

Nothing important. "First world problems": The room size was good enough for one person, but maybe tight for two. Depends on whether you want to stay in it, personally I was using it only for sleep. Also, I had a view to the opposite building and the side street, but we can't all stay in a room with view on the central road, can we? Also, I don't know if a room like this would be more noisy than mine, which was very quiet.

I loved the friendliness of the staff, they were there to help me with all my questions. I was very early at the hotel, they proposed me to grab a coffee from the breakfast room, even have breakfast if I wanted, sit and relax until I hit the road, since the check in would be late. The room was very clean and modern, I really didn't miss anything. All little comforts were available. It was quiet and could sleep well. The hotel is based on a strategic location, very safe (as all Vienna) considering that I was able to walk across Danube bank and around the hotel at 00.00 or 01.00, without the slightest concern. The hotel is not far from the city center (I walked to and from it at night), but close to two U-bahn stations. Both at 3-4 minutes walk distance, while the tram station 10m away from the hotel entrance is very convenient too, especially coming from the airport. The breakfast was great, there was no way to taste them all in two mornings (three including the complimentary first one), so there was a plethora and variety of goods.

The bathroom has no doors, this should be noted on the site. Unless you are a couple one of you must exit the room for the other to have a shower

The main issue was that the bathroom in our first room had a glass door with no privacy. While this might be fine for couples, it’s really not suitable when you're traveling with colleagues or friends. This important detail wasn’t mentioned on the booking page, which caused discomfort at first.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great location. Breakfast was nice, and the staff at reception were helpful and polite. After some discussion, they kindly gave us a room with a proper bathroom, which we appreciated.

The location is really good close to transport and the canal. The room was great - ac very good and it was quiet. We were in room 405. Only small gripe was the pillows were extremely soft otherwise excellent.
