Panos on reception was exceptionally helpful, as were the staff at breakfast. If you are catching a train you could not be in a better place. Breakfast was exceptional.

No washing machine and for their laundry service they charge ridiculous prices like 4.5 Euros to wash one pair of socks.

I couldn’t be happier with almost every aspect of this hotel. It is literally across one road from Wien Hauptbahnhof where there are a huge range of shops and restaurants. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast room is a fantastic place for your daily coffee and contemplation. The staff were very helpful and efficient. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Vienna.

Overall ok accomodation, as we stayed only one night, we appreciated we could take train early next morning, but was careful about environment during the evening. Also I was surprised shower gel was almost missing, wondering if a mistake or part of new rules to optimize consumption

No tea or coffee in the room

Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms with plenty of sockets for charging appliances. Shower works without unnecessary hassle or complexity. Staff are courteous and efficient. This IBIS hotel is so convenient for the train traveller as it's only a one minute walk from Wien Hbf. One tiny downside: the hotel has no in-room tea/coffee or kettle!

No coffee/tea in the room, when the coffee machine downstairs was broken there was no help, staff suggested to go to the sister property next door but staff did not help because "bar not open yet".

Such a convenient location for short stay right by train station and about 20 min taxi ride from airport. Small yes very ergonomic rooms. Very clean, tea-coffee-water in lobby. Very helpful staff.

Very central location. Getting to the airport and attractions in and around Vienna is easy and convenient because you're right next to the central train station. The hotel breakfast is an open buffet and offers a wide variety of fresh, delicious foods and drinks. Hotel is clean and safe.The sound insulation in the rooms is very good. You can sleep in a quiet environment. Free wifi working without problem.

A fridge and a coffee machine would be nice (coffee is offered in the lobby by the way). More information (leaflet etc in the room) about the hotel and the city would be a nice touch.

Location is great, just at one of the exits of Central Train Station. Building is very nice with modern room decorations. Larger room than expected, very comfortable in general.
