Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GreeceThe windows lacked proper blackout curtains. Since I stayed in May, the early sunrise meant I was woken up by sunlight at 6:00 AM. I ended up buying a sleep mask for the rest of my stay.
The hotel is in a nice location—just a short walk to the metro and about 10 minutes from the train station with direct access to the airport. The room wasn't something special, but clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Austriawe had a group booking. Plus add'l bookings added. With individualized names on the rooms. Needless to say, neither of the room bookings could be identified by staff when checking in. All this, on top to me checkin personally on spot a few days before to make sure all is in order. Laid back attitude OK by all means, not to care or give a .... ... about customer service or a welcome experience for travellers, is A NO GO !!!

Every day only 2 types of ham and of yellow cheese, and some tomatoes - no white cheese, no eggs - neither scrambled, nor even boiled. Some yogurt and fruits, only 1 kind of pastry. You can prepare yourself waffles. No wardrobe - several hangers and shelves.

IrelandIt might have been nice to be able to make a tea/coffee in our room that is more of a suggestion but understand the logistic it would take to make this work.
Breakfast was lovely and gave us a lovely start to our days, especially liked the waffle making machine. The location was excellent, easy walk of the underground stations. It was great also to have housekeeping check our room each day so we always had our towels changed and anything else that was needed. Staff were friendly & helpful.

GreeceUnfortunately there was a hair on the sausage and a fly on the salami Not enough coathangers and initially I was not provided with additional so I bought them myself. Although another member of the staff was happy to provide more upon my return. I hope I find the ones I bought in the room next year when I revisit. Would like a greater variety i.e. in eggs and fruit. Also, I had an a issue with my room access card on the first day and it took a while to get fixed. The staff was extra friendly to rectify this not as quick though.

The location is great, in between 2 train stations. Both walking distances. Reasonable price for the stay.
