Very clean room

The hotel was closed when we arrived at 3pm and we never received a code to get our room key from the lock box. Tv didn’t work. There was no staff, only cleaning personnel who really couldn’t help us. Had to have several phone conversations before we got our room. They seemed clueless of our arrival

Great location

Arrived after hours. A little unwelcoming and dark.

Nice place to have a break, close to Hungary border.

Very nice and very clean hotel! Don’t worry about anything even if you are going to arrive late at night. Lovely staff and great restaurant! Definitely will stay here when I visit the area again.

The hotel is new, the room is very modern, easy access. The restaurant is very good.

In the room it was verry dusty on the floor and practically everywhere on the room. Also I’ve made the reservation and paid through booking the price of the room with all the taxes included. But the lady from the reception charge us again the city tax although I’ve told her that I paid it on Booking.

Communication with the hotel upfront was great. The room was ready early upon arrival. The room was big and clean, everything looked very new and nicely done. I would definitely recommend staying for breakfast, as the a la card breakfast offers great choices, also for vegetarians.

We had asked for a late check out, which was also confirmed via the hotel. On check out day nobody on duty seemed to know, which caused some confusion. It was fixed and we could check out late, communication internally could have been a little better.

Food was excellent. Portions and taste was perfect. Staff was really nice and helpful. We had both dinner and breakfast at the terracce which had a great vibe. The room was modern and clean, really liked the athmosphere.

The bed wasn't that comfortable.

The location of the hotel is very quiet. There are free parking spots in front of the hotel. Wifi works well but you need to ask for the password, your can't find it in the room.

We received messages from the hotel both on December 21 (when they asked us to play for the rooms in advance) and on December 28 (the day of check-in), telling us the restaurant schedule, namely 8 AM - 10 PM. "Eating at Joseph In addition to our rooms, we also offer traditional cuisine....So we would be pleased to welcome you to our restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and from Sunday to Tuesday between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. During the opening hours of the restaurant, our staff will be happy to help you with any questions." However, after we drove for 11 h, we checked in around 5 PM and found no staff at the hotel. We sent the hotel management a message asking for dinner, but we were suggested a restaurant which was 20 minutes away drive. There was actually nobody available at the hotel for dinner, and actually no staff at the hotel whatsoever. The same thing happened in the following morning, December 29: we were ready for breakfast at 8 AM, there wasn't nobody at the hotel, so again we sent them a message asking about breakfast. After more than 1 hour we received a reply advising us to look for a coffee shop downtown since "the hotel restaurant is closed until January 10". Neither when we initially booked the rooms, when we paid for them or on the day of check-in did they tell us about the restaurant 's unavailability... In addition, there is a heavy smell on the stairs, the single room is very small and we Alison had two "visitors".

The room is small, but nice. The sound of passing trains is quite soothing at night. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Nice team 😁

The room could be bigger. Some lights didn’t function. The check-out is quite early
