Rooms are a bit out fashioned and have visible signs of tear and wear. They were clean thou. Light in the toilet is on a move sensor and goes black if a person is stationary for more than 30sec or something like that. Also, there is a lot of people sitting and eating on a grass in front of the hotel leaving lots of garbage and polluting.

Breakfast was great and also ability to use many perks that come with Summer-pass that was included within the price. Staff was great and helpful and there is a free parking and a bus stop just in front of the hotel.

We liked that the staff were very friendly, and our room was cleverly designed to accommodate four people with four beds. Although it was relatively small, it still felt spacious and comfortable.

The rooms are small as compared to other similar hotels. Our room had the bunk beds, which we were not expecting.

Excellent hotel with nice location and views. Breakfast has plenty of options. Rooms are clean but small in size as compared to similar hotels. You will find bunk beds too in the rooms (which was surprising to us).

It would have been amazing with a charger for electrical cars.. But there were other chargers nearby ☺️

We had a pleasant stay - we came as a family of eight with three generations - is was very good and we had a nice couple of days! The included Summercard was a really nice addition 🤗 we went to Sigmund Thun Klamm and the Maiskogelbahn (both included in the Summercard) and the Maisi Flitzer alpine coaster (not included). We travel with kids in the age of 4, 7 and 11..

A bit run down, and even though sheets and towels were clean, the room itself could have done with some extra cleaning. There was chocolate paper laying around and dust out in the open. There was also silverfish in the bath room and even had one in one of the beds. That's nasty.

Parking outside, summer card included, OK breakfast. Close to Zell am See and short travel to the Grossglockner mountain pass.

A school group arrived and they were in a room above us. Very noisy for a while but they did settle down. When checking out the gentleman at reception was quite rude. I had paid on booking.com but he was insistent that it wasn't possible and was very abrupt. He then checked and found I was correct but did not apologise for the error. I know mistakes happen but there was no need to be so rude. Beds are not very comfortable. Woke with a bad back.

The location was amazing. The lady at reception when we arrived was very polite and helpful.

Bunk bed in a room for three people, but we knew about it in advance. A bit outdated hotel design.

Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Parking in front of the hotel included in the price. Large rooms with lot of storage space. Large bathroom. Bar with a good selection of drinks.

Great location with view to the lake, the place has free parking and also provide a summer card for a lot of attractions that saved us a lot of money. The breakfast was great.

1-No air conditioning or fans. Had to keep the windows open to cool the room, but bugs got in instead of cool air. 2-The bathroom smelt unclean. 3- Some noisy guests.

Nothing really, does exactly as it is supposed to do for the area, only stayed 2 nights but enjoyed it.

Everything worked out great, no issues, lovely hotel not too far from centre, great staff, nice breakfast, room was simple and clean 2 twin beds and 2 bunk beds in our twin room, suited our requirements
