Rooms, breakfast, location etc. were quite good. Very good river view from the property as well. Right opposite to the hotel there is synthetic running track, so fitness is also taken care of. :)

The door handle to our room was loose. Front desk said they had been waiting 1 month for repair. Hand soap and shampoo was empty and front desk was empty by the time we noticed and tried to request more.

Easy to find, friendly staff, good breakfast (but only from 8-9am), excellent location near Hallstatt and Dachstein, comfy beds. Nice little community areas to hang out or eat. Free parking.

While the setting was beautiful, several aspects of the stay were disappointing. There was no WiFi available in the room, and for the price paid, the facilities felt underwhelming. The absence of a tea or coffee maker in the room was inconvenient, and the breakfast service left much to be desired—with only basic options, a very limited one-hour time window, and eggs that were undercooked. The dining area lacked ambiance and felt more like a school cafeteria than a hotel. Additionally, the room had no air conditioning or fan—only the option to open a window, which had no screen to keep insects out.

The location offers stunning views of a majestic mountain, creating a truly picturesque setting. The room is spotlessly clean and well-maintained.

We were missing the croissants and sweet bakery on the breakfast.

The receptionists (two ladies) were really supportive and friendly.

Room was very small and didn't have much facilities. Staff only stays till 6 pm so no more help during night time. Breakfast is very basic and Sunday checkout is from 10:00 which seems early.

Right next to the bus stop it is so easy to travel with public transport.

There is no super market or a restaurant very near the hotel l, but on general the whole area is like this. Perhaps this is the magic about it :)

Perfect view, very nice location with a bus station in front of the hotel (near the ice caves), clean rooms and the breakfast was well worth it. Also very near Hallstat ( approx 5 km).

There was no internet (wifi) access, which was a downer. Additionally, the staff was available at the desk only for very limited duration (perhaps we were just there in a not-so-touristy period). Hence, the only means of communication with them was messaging, since nobody was at the desk to receive calls.

The accommodation is right in front of the bus station. We were accommodated in a room with a stunning view of the mountains. The room was clean.

WiFi is working in common areas, but since my room was close to reception I used it in my room. Reception is open only limited times so keep your key card safe place if you lose it you are in trouble. Room price could be cheaper.

Location is great, not so far from train station, quiet neighborhood, there's a bus stop in front of the hotel. There are sitting places inside the hotel, breakfast room is quite big. Breakfast is very good. Room and bathroom spacious. They let me checked in at noon although it's against their policies (you should let them know your arrival time)

Room is small und easy

The location is not bad, for kids friendly. With passenger ship can easily go to Hallstatt. As we were there, on the beach was live music, very fantastic.
